Summer Turkey Surprise 1/2 cup fresh raspberries 1 peach, peeled and sliced 1 orange, peeled, pitted and sliced 3 Tbsp peach or raspberry brandy 2 Tbsp honey 1/4 cup flour 1 lb turkey, sliced 1 Tbs vegetable oil Place the fruit, brandy, and honey in a blender or food processor. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a small saucepan; heat over a low flame. Cover the turkey slices with flour. Fry in the oil until done. Serve with the sauce. Garnish with fresh berries, orange slices, and a mint leaf. Yeild: 4 servings
