Spinach Pies 5 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled 1 medium tomato, diced 1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed 1/2 tsp dried dill weed 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp minced garlic 6 turnover shells, cut in half 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 egg beaten Pre heat oven according to turnover package directions. Mix the spinach, feta cheese, tomato, onion, dill, basil, oregeno and garlic in a medium-sized bowl. Beat the egg and butter in a small bowl. Brush the inside of each turnover shell with liberal amounts of butter and egg mixture. Spoon the filling into the turnover shell; fold each corner so they meet in the center, covering the filling. Brush the top of the turnover with butter. Bake according to the directions on the turnover package.
