Rosemary-Orange Beef 1 lb beefed, cubed 2 c mixed vegetables, any kind 2 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp cornstarch 1/4 c beef broth 1/4 c orange juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp dried rosemary 1 orange peeled and sliced 2 c cooked rice 2 Tbsp soy sauce Fry the beef and veggies in the butter until the beef is thoroughly cooked. Transfer the beef and veggies to a bowl; leave the butter in the pan. Mix the cornstarch in the butter to make paste. Slowly stir in the broth a little at a time, until smooth. Heat over low flame. Stir in the orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and rosemary. Cook until a medium thick sauce is formed; stir constantly. Mix in the beef and veggies and orange; cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with orange peel. Yeild: 4 servings
