Passion Pasta 1 small can minced clams Fresh garlic 1 small can Italina tomatoes, drained; reserve juice Olive oil Grated parmesan cheese Salt Pepper Linguine for 2 people, cooked Combine clams, as much garlic as you can tolerate, and tomatoes in a small sauce pan over low heat. Bring to simmer. Stir in 1 or 2 Tbsp olive oil, just a bit of tomato juice, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Taste as you add spices for perfect balance. Pour over pasta. Yeild 2 sevings
