To Overcome the Grief of Breaking Up WHen the moon is full, write your problem three times on a gray candle. Since you have to write it three times, be short and sweet... like "divorce" or "break up" or "lover left" Find a privel plae out doors where you can speak with the moon directly. HOld your gray andle and tell the moon how you feel. Pause and take three deep breaths. With each breath focus on how that breath connects you to life. NOw tell the moon how you would like things to change, but relate the story as if the situation has already changed. (like "Grief has left me and I have found time in my life to respect myself and those around me." Keep talking until you really belive what you are saying. Do this for three nights of the full moon.
