Green Abundance 1 lb lean pork, cooked and cubed 3 c shredded green cabbage 4 potatoes, chopped 1 green pepper chopped 2 c chopped broccoli 12 whole Brussles sprouts 3 green onions with tops, diced 4 leeks, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 c red wine 2 qts water Place all the ingredients in a large pot. Simmer at least 2 hours. Yeild: Serves 6
