Cranberry-Orange Suace 1 lb fresh cranberries 1 orange with peel 4 cups sugar 1 tsp vanilla Grind the cranberries and orange together with a food processor. Retain juice. COmbine fruit, juce, sugar, and vinalla in a medium sized bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 12 hours. Add more sugar if too tart. Yeild: 6 servings
