He started eating it at one year of age." - Monika Ingredients: vegetables beef, chicken or vegetable broth spread-cheese Directions: Heat the broth Cook broccoli and any other veggies (try squash, carrot, etc) in the broth, until they are almost done. Stir in any kind of spread-cheese you like, cook until cheese is melted. Mash or purée veggies (I leave it a bit chunky for my son) If I have leftovers I cook a little noodles or rice or potatoes the next day and stir it into the soup. You also can put a little ham in it.
