Peaches and Sweet Potatoes
3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices 
2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, and cut thickly
steam potatoes for 6 minutes 
add peaches and steam for 4 more minutes, until potatoes are tender 
yields 2 1/2 cups
