Charm Against Arthritis 
When you suffer from a bad attack of arthritis, get a new steel nail and a length of copper wire. Wind the copper wire seven times clockwise around the shaft of the nail, and say:    
As Venus binds the power of Mars, 
The fire that flames within is cooled. 
The heat and inflammation of your joints will gradually become less. Place the charm in a safe place, and when the attack has passed unwind the wire from the nail and save them for the next time they are needed.
