Hera's Bath for Spiritual Renewal

In a square of cheesecloth place equal parts of:

mint
thyme
lavender
fennel
Hyssop
rosemary
valerian
vervain

Tie up the cheesecloth and place it under running bathwater.
Light a candle, burn incense, and play relaxing music if desired, 
while meditating on the meaning of renewal and transformation.
