JUNK.
...It konked out right after the warranty expired!...It costs more to fix it than to buy a new one. I'll never buy another Samsung product again!

best microwave.
This is by far the best microwave I've ever purchased - and I've had quite a few from other popular makers (Sharp, Panasonic, GE). It cooks really well and is exceptionally reliable. It's also easy on the eyes, which can't be said for a lot of its competition.

ka-put!.
i swear samsung manufactured this microwave to last 366 days, because mine went ka-put right after the warranty expired. it started to sizzle and smoke from the internal parts when i was microwaving popcorn. blechhh!
