The Dark Queen beckons from wicked skies
The storm of night within her eyes
She reaches out to grab your soul
to leave your heart filled with a hole
None can escape from this nightmare
her dragon demons keep you there
Within the dream that mind inspires
to escape one's own desires
Take caution as you dream at night
keep eyes averted to the sight
Of Darkness's temptress reaching for you
or she will own your soul, it's true

Her beauty is like the night,
creeping in upon us,
then falling swift and sudden all about.
Her eyes are like cold stones of sapphire,
mysterious yet familiar
Close behind such beauty travels power,
and untamed rage
Close behind the night
travels all that men fear to gaze upon
Her beauty is like the night
Men fear what follows.

HERACLES AND THE HYDRA
There is a tale of a hero ages old,
And the goddess full of spite,
One day she twisted him,
He killed his beloved family,
For this hero strong and bold,
12 tasks he had to work,
One task was to go to a dark murky mire.
Who is this hero you might ask,
I suggest to you reader, if you please, Aussie_Chatter
Dark Queen
All hail the regal Queen of Night
Tremble in awe and respectful fright
As she draws the darkness over the light
And, casts shadows upon your sight
Humble yourself to the Queen of Dark
Lest on your soul she leaves her mark
Like panther's claws upon tree bark
Ripping the walls of your life spark
Get down upon your knees and pray
The Queen's dragons keep far away
Should her eyes fall upon you as prey
You'll never see the light of day
Bow down before the mighty Dark Queen
Beware your dreams and what they mean
For in the blackness much can be seen
Hidden deep in the midnight sheen

Son of a god, strong brave and bold.
towards the hero born in a magical encounter in a night.
filling the demi-god with fury, boiling over the rim.
and so started his heroic tragedy.
to cleanse his soul, he went to see an oracle.
to obey an evil jealous cousin with a sly smirk
to slay dreaded multi-headed HYDRA.
who had to work and toil a dozen dreadful tasks.
