Obituary: "Mrs. Adele C. Stuard. Wife of Ardmore Undertaker Dies after Emergency Operation. Mrs. Adele Carson Stuard, of 104 Cricket av., Ardmore, died in Hahnemann Hospital yesterday after an emergency operation. She was 43. Mrs. Stuard, who was stricken ill Friday, two days after return from a vacation trip, was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and of the Martha Williams Society Children of the American Revolution. Surviving are her husband, C. Wallace Stuard, member of the firm Charles M. Stuard and Son, Ardmore undertakers, a son, C. Wallace, Jr., who is serving with the Navy in the Italian area; a daughter, Jean, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James O. Carson, of Port Deposit, Md. Funeral services will be held Friday from her home. Burial will be in West Laurel Hill Cemetery." EVENING BULLETIN
