Rainy Day
Within the quiet misty gray
life carries on - to work they go
people moving to and fro
making something of this day . . .
Creating, thinking - thus they are
business waits not for the rain
they work in different terrains
mobile, ever, in their rainsafe car
And despite the thunder overhead
life will continue on just the same -
the spirit thrives, pupose is the name
of what drives each from our warm bed . . .
These people go forward to complete
their daily plans, their destinations -
For ventures continue in creation
despite the storm everyone must greet!
