Nightfall
Surely, many of you wouldst that I be akin - Are you not glad hat there be watchful eyes within the dark? I envelop myself in the company of soft night's famliar quiet Oft strange to those who by the daylight toil . . . Yet I find comfort in the twilight, and 'tween the dusk to dawn not caring to become another of the day -
As I watch another sunrise ripen, begin its slow birth from the protecting womb of night I close my eyes as you have done: to become immersed in slumber Until the even beckons me again . . .
