Released by Extreme Images in 2002, the 40 card set highlighted the first 10 years of KISS, covering everything from their progressive style & costume periods to their line-up changes.
The backs make up 5 great looking mini KISS posters.
Each set comes with a top deck paper card numbered out of 300 & although some sets in existence are numbered over 100, I have it on great authority that there were actually less than 100 sets printed,
easily making these cards the rarest KISS cards in existence. Although a bootleg set, the 10th Anniversary Set is so rare & superbly finished in both style & quality,
I rank them as the Holy Grail of KISS cards.
Some time back, I was contacted by a collector who came a cross a box of these sets at a convention (which is how I first came across them) & he kindly sent me a set as payment for directing a link on this
site to his, in which they were being offered for $100 US each. The link I had no longer works so if anyone here was lucky enough to obtain one back then, consider yourself very lucky as these sets are
virtually impossible to get & I've seen one fetch $180 US on Ebay.
