They were distributed as a bonus case topper card to dealers & could also be obtained by redemption certificate (see below)
or purchased for $20 at Spencer's Gifts Stores.
Prototype cards for this card have also surfaced recently & are currently available on Ebay for as little$15 US but it is uncertain as to how scarce these might be.
But at this curent price, they would definitely be worth obtaining as I'm sure they would be scarcer in numbers than the officially released numbered cards.
The only noticeable difference on the Prototype cards is it has 'Prototype' etched in where the issue number should be.
