The only difference being the silver foil circular-saw KISS logo was replaced with a Gold one.
The re-print set has often been referred to as the 'rare Gold version' but both sets are very common & have no real difference in value.
The release of the Gold re-print set did however bring about the release of two other sets well worth adding to your collection.
One was an all new Box Topper Set (see S1 Re-print Box Topper Set) & the other was a third S1 Red foil variation re-print set.
Randomly inserted within the Gold re-print release were rare red foil cards & with only 18 red foil cards per box, completing a set
was much more difficult, making these a very rare set to obtain. (expect to pay anywhere between $60 - 100 US)
Uncut card sheets were also released for all 3 variant sets.
