| well everyone...this was a very good episode. I think this episode is extremely important to where the rest of the season is going.....So shall we start the dish? MY BOYS ARE BACK IN THE SWING OF THINGS! Okay...the opening sequence. This is SO SO SO definitive. Basically Brian and Justin on the dance floor. The obvious affection (since so many don't wanna call it "love") is just wonderful for this gushing B/J shipper. I mean think of the irony that is involved. The end of Season 2 shows what is perceived to many as Justin's humiliation of Brian and walking out on him, in front of all of Brian's Gay Subjects. And now on the Floor of Babylon...they are making a very OBVIOUS statement to all around them. There is literally no one there but them.....(oh and don't you just love the look of comfort and contentment on Brian's face as Justin nuzzle's that long lovely neck {31 year old has a Teeny Bopper moment}).....Of course we have wittle Mikey who's obviously got issues with it. I mean the look on his face says it all....But as I said....the only ones that exist in their realm are Brian and Justin. I mean look how they walk right past (holding hands I might add, very relationshippy like, don't ya think) Michael and Ted and don't even speak, acknowledge or even glance their way. And Brian's attitude to Justin's reservations is very playful. Not a side we get to see all the time.....Ahhh I'm loving this. I' Okay....can we just smack the fuck outta Debbie....I'm sorry , but something about her outing Brian in the middle of Woody's just bothers me. Now don't get me wrong...I think she should talk to Brian about it. But hasn't she learned from the past that Brian will never do what he's "supposed" to do or what's right ...when he's put on the spot in public. The only time anyone, Her, Lindsey, Emmett, Michael or Justin ever get through to him, is with PRIVATE one on one's. The bitch needs to be smacked, and I'm glad Horvath dumped her ass. Mel & Lindz. Ohhhh I just love love love the way Lindz told Mel how it was. Okay, can you believe I'm starting to hate Mel with a passion. I normally don't agree with Lindsey...but I am so with her on the whole thing about her not being a very good example. I understand that she's worried about her career, but the dumbass should think before she speaks. ...Any way I just feel sorry for Gus. Did you see the look on his face when Lindsey snatched him up... I could read his mind practically... "Ohhhh God, I'm gonna kill my dad for leaving me with these two Crazy Bitches. " Emmett & Ted.....Gee Cowlip...can you guys lighten up on Ted a bit?...I mean the man has already lost everything. Did he HAVE to be further humiliated by Garth? ....But let me just tell ya...I bout hit the roof after he shoved Emmett.....He SHOVED Emmett?......HE SHOVED EMMETT? Hello? ....And his budding resentment and jealousy over Em's new found "success" is disheartening. You know that Ted who graduated from ..."WHARTON" is not finding it easy to deal with the fact that even HE can't get a job at the Big -Q, and his partner who has nothing more than a High school Diploma is actually turning into the bread winner.....But I'm hoping that they work it out. Justin and Michael's conversation.....is it me, or does Michael want to see as 'little" of Brian and Justin's relationship?....I mean is he really worried about the comic being classified as porn, or does it go deeper?...And WHY...WHY? Why does he feel the need to comment on EVERYTHING that has NOTHING to do with him? The whole"Art imitating life" thing was SOOOOO unnecessary and SSSSOOOOOO NOT HIS BUSINESS! get you some BUSINESS MICHAEL. Ohhh and may I just add before Woody's is busted due to Needle Nub Nick flashing the crowd (Sorry Cowlip, but please give us some more impressive DICK shots when you need gratuitous nudity)....how'd you like that Freudian slip that Michael made? About JT giving Brian ..(I mean Rage) a blowjob".... and I love how Ben caught it and called him on it. Of course Michael has to still act as if he doesn't care. But it's obvious to his own fucking man that he does. Or how he's watching Brian as he's with Justin. I swear, his feet must hurt. Brian and "Com"StocKwell....Well, basically this. We knew he was going to find out. we know that Brian's personal and professional life are about to seriously collide. And we know that that has not discouraged Brian from , as Michael said and by Brian hitting the Bullseye ....Keeping his eye on the target. What I find fascinating is that I for some reason feel this pull between Brian and "Com"Stockwell. Just the small conversation in the hot tub ( which was IMO peppered with sexual innuendo), and even after Brian is fired, he still told him personal stuff like the situation with his boys game. I think he knows that Brian is the one person who has even given him a chance in the election. There is something very odd about Brian and "Com"Stockwell's relationship. I don't know what it is. But dude is coming across very weird. But still..."Com"Stockwell believes Brian is gonna help him..."eliminate DRUGS...PROSTITUTION, and BUSINESS THAT PROFIT FROM ILLICIT SEX!" Michael and Brian outside the diner. Okay I will only touch upon a few things. First...WHAT THE FUCK is up with that whole "TAKE JUSTIN WITH YOU" line. What a petty jealous cuss he is. It's very obvious what is NOT far from Michael's mind. Michael sssooooo needs to "GET HIM SOME BUSINESS"....but I like the idea of Brian leaving the Pitts. And I love his line of "No matter where I am, or WHO I'M WITH..I'll always love you". Sealed with a kiss on his big goofey forehead.....Don't skip over the No mater "WHO I'M WITH" kiddies . Now for that ending scene.....Okay let's get it out of the way first....OHHHH MAN THAT WAS SO HOT...I WISH I WAS RANDY RIGHT ABOUT NOW. ...okay that's over. Can I tell you what I really reeeeeeeally love about this scene? It is that smile that will not leave Brian's face. The man is downright fucking giddy....okay what man wouldn't be after a good blowjob ....but we are talking about Brian. He looks so happy and also relieved (Okay I know why he's relieved at the moment). It's the kind of happiness that is obvious when you are with someone you love. And we actually get to see the two of them talking about something that's going on in their lives. Which completely kills the whole notion that Brian and Justin have nothing to talk about. Brian is completely different when he's with Justin...this Brian "APOLOGIZES" for their interruption. (Whew "Clutch The Pearls"). So as far as the trick arriving , let me say this. So Cowlip decide to show us in the same episode that Brian and Justin are back "together" and that Brian still tricks.....Do any of you know what's coming up? I think I do. ...For those of you who say that Justin is "settling" for Brian and letting Brian walk all over him....I'm sorry but you couldn't be further from wrong. Justin is playing Brian ...like a ..no I won't say that instrument...let's say Justin is playing Brian like a piano....yeah that's it. You see Justin no longer has black -eyed peas for brains and realizes...that the way to keep a man is to give him his freedom. Honey there is no quicker way to lose one until you try to tie him down. Then they run for the hills. Brian is an individual who needs to feel free. He doesn't like constraints and he fights them at every turn. Justin is now ready to play ball with him.No constraints, no rules, no "Straight - Heterosexual Romanticized Conformist Ideas" ... I just have this nagging feeling that when Justin starts taking advantage of the "openness" that Brian is not going to feel very secure after the whole "Chinrat" debacle. Mark may words....but after much talk with Roz, since we had the screener for this episode. I think I'm in complete agreement now that Brian didn't really seem like he was extremely GUNG HO about the trick. Although "11 O'Clock" was cute. And I know realize what is bothering so many people about the B/J relationship (yes I'm slow Duh!) Their relationship is about THEM...and what they want from it...not what SOCIETY wants or expects of them. I realize that many are bothered that the "Stand Out" couple on the series is so unconventional. Well I say.... GET OVER IT! We have 3, count them ...3 standard conventional couples on the show. Many do not follow the conformist ideals of how a relationship should work. What works for one relationship....does NOT make another relationship Gay or Str8 with 2 completely different individuals work....I love the way Brian mentions to the trick regarding the "conventiality of most people's thinking". That is so on point here. It's NOT about how OTHERS think it should be. Okay small side notes.....Joe Boxer..Nice product placement. The blue lights are GONE....replaced with the Amber. ...But as Justin said..."Orange Is The New Blue". I hope this change is for the good. Cause the blue lights were hot. Soooo.Tell Me What You Think. |
