Okay let's do the little stuff.
Ted and Emmett. I'm convinced we are going to have a suicide on QAF eventually. Cause Ted can't get a break. Soo....
Lindsey getting a new job. I think she couldn't get a job before cause she was wearing the wrong shit....like that nasty ass "Plaid To Meet Cha" coat she wore in Season 1. Now that she's dressing better, she gets a job......That's all it took. New clothes , new job. Who knew?
Emmett ...the party planner. I knew he couldn't fail. Emmett will be a hit and Ted will be jealous and kill himself. Awwwww.... I feel so bad already.
Ben, Michael, and the hustler. Okay....WHERE IN THE FUCK did they find this UGLY ASS kid. The boy looks like the open end of a horse's ass. I thought pets and strays were suppose to be cute. I get Ben's beautifully kind heart, reminds me of my husband....but I'll be damned if I didn't agree with Michael on this one. Let him take care of himself. Sorry...I'm selfish like that. What was so hard about picking up the phone and calling the cops?
So now the good stuff....Brian and Justin.
Okay.... can I tell you how much I love Daphne? Girlfriend is handling her shit this year. telling Justin to be everywhere Brian is. She is sooooo straightened out this year. An occasional beat down does one a world of good.
I love that Justin decides that he wants Brian back and puts that whole plan in motion. I know many of the more "bitter" people will whine , bitch and moan that Justin "settled" for Brian. But nothing could be further from the truth. Justin is completely on his game.He realizes his mistake and is ready to do all he can to correct it. He wants something...that something is Brian. And he's doing what he has to do. He's stroking Brian's ego....Can't you feel the sarcasm dripping when he says "Mr. Kinney". How he plays up the "I had no idea our former relationship is still such a problem for you" ...and Brian bit that bait, hook , line and blonde boy ass. No way Justin would ever make him feel like what they had effected him. ...Ahhh Brian...I love you...but you are so easy to manipulate. But hey, a little manipulation in a relationship works. Believe me I know.
What I love about the whole situation with Justin being an intern at the agency is simple. It shows Justin is the one in control. Justin knows how to get to Brian. Justin uses Brian's inflated ego to get what he wants. The line " ~I~ decided you should take me back"....is indicative of that. This is the Justin that Brian likes and loves. He likes the boy who's in his face about things, not the one who kept quiet when he wanted something or didn't get what he wanted. Brian likes Justin when he is unafraid and unapologetic. Anyone who thinks that Brian is still in control of what's going on has completely missed the boat. Brian is SOOO FUCKED (for you MM).
On thing I do want to touch upon. This scene as they talk in the office is really the first time Brian verbally reveals his pain of their breakup. The break in his voice and the look in his eyes when he says "And you are to NEVER play violin music in my presence again." just screamed to this particular "Over-Analyzer".."You have no idea how much that hurt".
So...NOW let me get to what we have ALL been waiting for....
The Reunion.....Now many of you know that I was really really really really wanting some intense and extremely Graphic "Make-Up " sex....And while on the graphic part I am a bit disappointed. I am also extremely happy with the final scene. By it NOT being graphic and as some of the more "Bitter" people would call it "gratuitous"...I think it works perfect for the symbolism of the moment. By not focusing on how sexy Randy and Gale's bare asses are (although my TV was more than ready for it's weekly licking), you get that this is about true affection between two people. It completely KILLS any doubts that their "relationship" is ALL about sex,(although what idiot still thinks that is in serious NEED of psychological counseling IMO). All the scenes are shown above the waist, nothing else. Because what's going on with them is in their minds and in their hearts...it's important for you all to understand that ....(Fuck you Kevin Macdonald you asshole with your artsy fartsy glass shot don't you know I've waited more than a fucking year for this and you don't even give me an ass shot you jerk)...What's important is the desperate kisses, the affection, the need to be together. So while not graphic ( Dammit....where's Justin screaming "FUCK ME HARDER BRIAN"...Brian saying "WOOOO BOY I've Missed YOU.")...it was actually very beautiful and poignant.
Ahhhhhhh....So beautiful. Love is a wonderful thing(Some hot hard sucking and fucking on Brian's desk would have been better). Our boys are back.
And is it me...or did they dress Brian and Justinin the same colors in EVERY scene they were in?
