Loon Lake, Gravenhurst
Loon Lake is a small and beautiful lake less than 10km from Muskoka Bay - home of the H.M.S. Segwun and southern end of the three big lakes that make up the Muskoka's.
Only 1.5 hours north of Toronto. Fifteen minutes north to Bracebridge and Santa's Village amusement park.
The cottage has two bedrooms, a large living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, dining room, porch, large decks and dock. The living room has a pull-out couch, T.V., VCR, and DVD. The property is 1.25 acres with 170' water frontage. The front of the property has a subtle rolling slope to the lake. The depth of the water at then end of the dock is approximately 10 feet. The lake is approximately 35' deep. There is an area to walk into the lake at the other side of the boathouse, however the property is not recommended for children under seven years of age.
The Canadian shield is forever present with the beautiful rocks, boulders, and ledges. Using the crevices to plant perennials, annuals and native foliage the property is colourful against the large pines, oaks and birch trees.
The gardens are enjoyed by many butterflies and hummingbirds, while the trees and foliage are home to woodpeckers and the amazing whiperwil!
Enjoy sunrises on the dock in your own muskoka chair.
The cottage is currently three season but soon to be year round enjoyment.

18 litre jug of water supplied for drinking.
Household and linens supplied, please bring your own towels.
Canoe waiver must be signed.
Open from June - Thanksgiving.
Weekly rentals: Sunday noon to Saturday noon ($1200)
Daily rates available upon request and availability.
