| Q: Is there anything different on your new album, style-wise, than on AudioDog? A: In many ways, it is similar, but different. The Instramentals are all very different and then the vocal songs are melodic, some are hard rock, some are kind of pop. Q: What is your favorite song on the new album, why? A: My friends like 'Crazy'...I love them all!! Q: Back to the 80's...were there any special memories that you have of Eric Carr? A: He was very funny...and he had weird habits like eating chocolate bars for breakfast! Q: What do you have to say about the fact the Rolling Stone magazine shuns KISS? A: Well...that started a long time ago! Q: Who do you consider the most influencial people in your life, musically and everything else? A: Well, people like Hendrix and Jimmy Page, and the Beatles as musicians...I love honest hard working people and that is hard to find. Howard Stern also cracks me up!! Q: In your opinion, did G&P mistreat you or Eric in the 80's? (There has been talk on KOL and I was curious of the validity of the accusation.) A: Well...we were the employees, but I would not say that we were 'mistreated'. Q: What did you keep from being sold in the KISS Auction a few years back? A: What they had...they owned, so nothing. Q: Is there any album that you felt you played really well on? Any you think you did poorly on? A: I am proud of my work. and being a perfectionist, I wouldn't let soemthing that sucked be on the disc. Q: Did you [KISS] ever consider going back to the makeup in the 80's? If so, what persona were you? A: They never considered it as far as I knew. I would be the DOG!! Q: There are alot of stuggling musicians out there, what would you say to help them out? A: Well...its a tough career and be realistic about what you are doing. NO egos...learn and do your best! Check for any news on Bruce and his solo career at www.kulick.net |
