Growing Plant or Flower Puppet
Materials
Sticks(dowels, bamboo barbeque sticks, balloon sticks)
Paper or plastic cup
Construction paper
Pom-poms, wiggle eyes, etc.
Scissors
Glue and/or tape
- Draw the flower or plant on construction
paper and cut it out. Trim with wiggle eyes
pom-poms, etc.
- Glue or tape the flower to the end of the stick.
- Cut leaves from green paper and glue or tape
them to the sides of the stick.
- Use a paper or plastic cup as the flowerpot.
Poke a hole in the bottom of the cut and insert
the end of the stick through the hole.
- Slowly push the stick up from the bottom to make
the flower look like it is growing.
