Finger Puppet Habitat

Materials--
  • Stiff paper or plastic bowls and plates
  • Construction paper
  • Felt
  • Crayons or markers
  • Glue
  • Scissors


    1. Cut a 3" hole from the center of a paper plate.

    2. Cut one side from a paper or plastic bowl. Turn the bowl upside down and glue it to the plate so that it is a little to one side of the hole in the plate

    3. Use felt, construction paper or crayons to make your puppet's habitat. You can color the plate blue for water and make plants and leaves from felt or construction paper or color your plate green for grass. Glue your plants to the plate or bowl . Allow the glue to dry.

    4. Stick your finger through the bottom of the plate and put your puppet on your finger. Your puppet can move around in his habitat.
