Track listing: (1st Pressing) Strutter, Nothin To Lose, Firehouse, Cold Gin, Let Me Know, Deuce, Love Theme From KISS, 100,000 Years, Black Diamond. Later pressing include Kissing Time. Excellent debut album, loaded with KISS Classics. Best tracks are pretty much all of them with the exception of Kissing Time. US chart peak #87-Gold.
HOTTER THAN HELL 1974
Track listing: Got To Choose, Parasite, Goin Blind, Hotter Than Hell, Let Me Go-Rock N Roll, All The Way, Watchin You, Mainline, Comin Home, Strange Ways. Great album still loaded with classics. Best tracks Got to Choose, Parasite, Hotter Than Hell, Watchin You. US Chart peak #100-Gold.
DRESSED TO KILL 1975
Track listing: Room Service, Two Timer, Ladies In Waiting, Getaway, Rock Bottom, C'Mon And Love Me, Anything For My Baby, She, Love Her All I Can, Rock and Roll All Night. Great album still more classics. Best tracks Rock Bottom (excellent intro), C'Mon and Love Me, She (Wicked Lester song), Love Her All I Can (Wicked Lester song), Rock And Roll All Night (rock anthem). US Chart peak #32-Gold
ALIVE 1975
Track listing: Deuce, Strutter, Got To Choose, Hotter Than Hell, Firehouse, Nothin To Lose, C'Mon And Love Me, Parasite, She, Watchin You, 100,000 Years, Black Diamond, Rock Bottom, Cold Gin, Rock And Roll All Night, Let Me Go-Rock N Roll. Great live album, rated as one the best alltime live albums. First Kiss album to feature a special insert, which was a photo booklet. US Chart peak #9- Quadruple Platinum.
DESTROYER 1976
Track listing: Detroit Rock City, King Of The Night Time World, God Of Thunder, Great Expectations, Flaming Youth, Sweet Pain, Shout It Out Loud, Beth, Do You Love Me?. Excellent Album, Produced by Bob Ezrin and reflects his influence. A bit of an experimental album. All tracks are great except for Great Expectations. There were no inserts with this album but there is a special hidden track following Do You Love Me? This track was on the 1st pressing but not on later pressings. US Chart peak #11-Triple Platinum.
THE ORIGINALS 1976
A special 3 album set, repackaging the 1st three albums. This set also includes a special booklet, 6 cards and a KISS Army sticker. This album is rare and hard to find complete, it is a highly sought after collectable. US Chart peak #36.
ROCK AND ROLL OVER 1976
Track listing: I Want You, Take Me, Calling Dr. Love, Ladies Room, Baby Drive, Love Em And Leave Em, Mr. Speed, See You In Your Dreams Tonight Hard Luck Woman, Makin Love. Great album. Kiss is going back to their traditional style. Best tracks are Calling Dr. Love, I Want You, Ladies Room. This album features a sticker of the cover, a merchandise order form and questionnaire/membership form for the KISS Army. These merchandise order forms, while probably not to important originally are now sought after by KISS collectors looking for complete albums with all inserts. US Chart peak #11-Double Platinum.
LOVE GUN 1977
Track listing: I Stole Your Love, Christine Sixteen, Got Love For Sale, Shock Me, Tomorrow And Tonight, Love Gun, Hooligan, Almost Human, Plaster Caster, Then She Kissed Me. Great album, follows Rock and Roll Over nicely. Best tracks are Christine 16, Love Gun, Shock Me, Plaster Caster, I Stole Your Love. Love Gun was first album to feature all members singing. Ace sang Shock Me. Love Gun features a Love Gun cardboard gun with a paper insert that made a pop noise when gun was assembled, and a merchandise order form. Love Gun with an unassembled Love Gun is very rare. US Chart peak #4-Triple Platinum.
ALIVE II 1977
Track listing: Detroit Rock City, King Of The Night Time World, Ladies Room, Makin Love, Love Gun, Calling Dr. Love, Christeen Sixteen, Shock Me, Hard Luck Woman, Tommorow And Tonight, I Stole Your Love, Beth, God Of Thunder, I Want You, Shout It Out Loud, All American Man, Rockin In the USA, Larger Than Life, Rocket Ride, Any Way You Want It. Excellent 2nd Live album (and my personal favorite) Side 4 of album (All American Man to Any Way You Want It) are studio tracks. Alive II comes with a special Evolution of KISS booklet, tattoos and merchandise order form. There is an alternate version of Alive II that lists 3 additional tracks; Take Me, Hooligan, & Do You Love Me? These tracks are only on the cover and not on the actual album. This variation album is extremely rare (approxiamately 50 copies or less are rumored to exist). It is a highly sought after and valuable collectable. US Chart peak #7-Triple Platinum.
DOUBLE PLATINUM 1978
Special Double LP best of package. Features and updated version of Strutter (Strutter 78). Special inserts for this album were a Cardboard Platinum Award for the fans and a merchandise orderform. Mint awards are rare. US Chart peak #24-Platinum.
PETER CRISS 1978
Track Listing: I'm Gonna Love You, You Matter To Me, Tossin And Turnin, Don't You Let Me Down, That's The Kind of Sugar Papa Likes, Easy Thing, Rock Me Baby, Kiss The Girl Goodbye, Hooked On Rock N Roll, I Can't Stop The Rain. Decent album, the least popular of the solo albums. Best Tracks are Tossin And Turnin and Hooked on Rock N Roll. This album, along with each solo album, feature a poster (one of each member) the four posters can be combined together to form a giant mural poster. Each album also feature a merchandise order form featuring merchandise on each respective member. Peter's album also featured a insert listing all the additional musicians and song writing credits. US chart peak #43-Platinum.
ACE FREHLEY 1978
Track Listing: Rip It Out, Speedin Back To My Baby, Snow Blind, Ozone, What's On Your Mind?, New York Groove, I'm In Need of Love, Wiped Out, Fractured Mirror (Ace would later compose two more songs Fracture Too and Fractured III to comlete the trilogy)Ace's solo album would become the most popular of the four. Best Tracks are Rip It Out, Ozone, New York Groove (this song would become Ace's most popular and a standard in concert with KISS), I'm In Need of Love, Fractured Mirror. This album came with a poster and merchandise order form. US chart peak #26-Platinum.
GENE SIMMONS 1978
Track Listing: Radioactive, Burning Up With Fever, See You Tonight, Tunnel Of Love, Living In Sin, Always Near You/Nowhere To Hide, Man Of 1000 Faces, Mr. Make Believe, See You In Your Dreams Tonight, When You Wish Upon A Star. Good album, features numerous guest performers. Cher, Bob Seger, Donna Summer, Janis Ian, Michael Des Barres, Rick Nielsen (Cheap Trick), Joe Perry (Aerosmith), Jeff Baxter, and Katie Sagal (Peg Bundy on Married With Children). Mitch Weissman and Joe Pecorino of Beatlemania sang back up on See You Tonight (a song with definite Beatle influence). Best tracks are Radioactive, Tunnel of Love, See You Tonight, Man Of 1000 Faces. Of special note See You In Your Dreams Tonight original was on Rock and Roll Over, and When You Wish Upon A Star is the song from Disney's Pinoccio. This album also featured a poster and merchandise orderform. US chart peak #22-Platinum.
PAUL STANLEY 1978
Track Listing: Tonight You Belong To Me, Move On, Ain't Quite Right, Wouldn't You Like To Know Me?, Take Me Away(Together As One), It's Alright, Hold Me-Touch Me(Think of me when we're apart), Love In Chains, Goodbye. Decent album although it did chart well. Best tracks are Goodbye and Hold Me, Touch Me. Also came with poster and merchandise orderform. US chart peak #40-Platinum.
DYNASTY 1979
Track listing: I Was Made For Lovin You, 2000 Man, Sure Know Something, Dirty Livin, Charisma, Magic Touch, Hard Times, X-Ray Eyes, Save Your Love. Not one of KISS' best albums from a musical standpoint but did enjoy more commercial success. Had a bit of a disco sound. Best Tracks are 2000 Man, Sure Know Something. Came with a poster and merchadise order form. Last album to feature Peter Criss. US chart peak #9-Double Platinum.
UNMASKED 1980
Track listing: Is That You?, Shandi, Talk To Me, Naked City, What Makes The World Go Around, Tomorrow, Two Sides Of The Coin, She's So European, Easy As It Seems, Torpedo Girl, You're All that I Want. Similar in style to Dynasty, but not as succesful. Kiss used a session drummer on this record. Came with poster and merchandise order form. US chart peak #35-Gold.
MUSIC FROM THE ELDER 1981
Track listing: Fanfare, Just A Boy, Odyssey, Only You, Under The Rose, Dark Light, A World Without Heroes, The Oath, Mr. Blackwell, Escape From The Island, I. This was a concept album, produced by Bob Ezrin. It was not a commercial success for Kiss. The track listing here is not how it actually appeared on the album, but this the original format. This album is actually very good. Musically speaking I feel that it is one of KISS's best. This album was to be a soundtrack for a movie, but the moment was never made. This album has a variation that comes with a lyric sheet. Last album to fully feature Ace Frehley and first to feature new drummer Eric Carr the Fox. US chart peak #75.
KILLERS 1982
This album was not released in the US. The Japanese version has two extra tracks not on other versions released in Europe. Features mostly classics but does contain 4 new tracks. I'm A Legend Tonight, Down On Your Knees, Nowhere To Run, Partners In Crime. Features Ace Frehley on guitar.
CREATURES OF THE NIGHT 1982
Track listing: Creatures Of The Night, Saints And Sinners, Keep Me Comin, Rock And Roll Hell, Danger, I Love It Loud, I Still Love You, Killer, War Machine. Great album. Very heavy with leanings towards heavy metal. Best tracks are Rock and Roll Hell, I Love It Loud, War Machine, Creatures Of the Night. Features Ace on the cover but he didn't participate in the recording. Bob Kulick and Vincent Cusano were used in the sessions. Cusano would be hired as permanent replacement. Became Vinnie Vincent his persona was the Egyptian Lover makeup was an Ankh. Last album to feature band in makeup. US chart peak #45-Gold.
LICK IT UP 1983
Track listing: Exciter, Not for the Innocent, Lick It Up, Young and Wasted, Gimme More, All Hells Breakin Loose, A Million to One, Fits Like a Glove, Dance All over Your Face, And On the 8th Day. Great album KISS is back to the heavy stuff. All tracks are great. First album to feature band without makeup. Last album with Vinnie Vincent. US chart peak #24-Platinum.
ANIMALIZE 1984
Track listing: I've Had Enough (Into the Fire), Heaven's On Fire, Burn Bitch Burn, Get All You Can Take, Lonely Is the Hunter, Under the Gun, Thrills In the Night, While the City Sleeps, Murder in High Heels. Great album, Animalize was first in a long stream of successful albums. Best tracks are Heaven's on Fire, Get All You Can Take, Burn Bitch Burn, Thrills in the Night. Mark St. John replaced Vinnie Vincent on lead guitar. US chart peak #19-Platinum.
ASYLUM 1985
Track listing: King of the Mountain, Any Way You Slice It, Who Wants to be Lonely, Trial by Fire, I'm Alive, Love's a Deadly Weapon, Tears are Falling, Secretly Cruel, Radar For Love, Uh All Night. Great album, Kiss begans to experiment with ballads, which get them alot of airplay on MTV. Best tracks are Tears are Falling, Radar For Love, UH All Night. Bruce Kulick replaces Mark St. John. US chart peak #20-Platinum.
CRAZY NIGHTS 1987
Track listing: Crazy Crazy Nights, I'll Fight like Hell to Hold You, Bang Bang You, No No No, Hell or High Water, My Way, When Your Wall Come Down, Reason to Live, Good Girl Gone Bad, Turn on the Night, Thief in the Night. Another great album. Best tracks are Reason to Live, Hell or High Water. US chart peak # 18-Platinum.
SMASHES, TRASHES, & HITS 1988
Another best of package with two new tracks. Let's Put the X in Sex, (You Make Me)Rock Hard. Also features a new version of Beth with Eric Carr vocals. The new tracks are really good and Carr does a great version of Beth. US chart peak#21 Double Platinum.
HOT IN THE SHADE 1989
Track listing: Rise To It, Betrayed, Hide Your Heart, Prisoner of Love, Read My Body, Love's A Slap in the Face, Forever, Silver Spoon, Cadillac Dreams, King of Hearts, The Street Giveth and the Street Taketh Away, You Love Me to Hate You, Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell, Little Ceasar, Boomerang. Great album. Best tracks are Rise To It, Hide Your Heart (also on Ace Frehley's Trouble Walkin album. Also done by Molly Hatchet on their Lightning Strikes Twice album), Forever. Last album to feature Eric Carr who passed away in 1991. US chart peak #29-Gold.

Great album, the original Kiss back together after 19 years. Best tracks are Psycho Circus, Within, Into the Void, We are One. Japanese version feature an extra disc with 6 live tracks. Cover has a lenticular design that moves.
