"Vegeta don't scare me like that" Bulma smiled "And your late!" "I am not, I didn't tell you a specific time" Vegeta smirked at her Bulma grinned at him. "You said you wanted to show me something" "Yup I'll explain on the way" Vegeta said and took her hand. Vegeta lead the mystified Bulma down the stairs and out the front door of her house. "You look good" Vegeta smirked and got on the back of his motorbike. "Thanks" Bulma smiled and got behind him. Vegeta was referring to the blue tube top and white pants she was wearing. Bulma wrapped her arms around his waist and they spend off. "Where are we going" Bulma asked "I'll tell you later" Vegeta said and kept his eyes on he road "....Can you tell me now" Bulma asked "Nope" "how bout now" "Nope" "Now?" "Nope" "How bout.....now" Bulma grinned she knew that she was annoying him. "Woman if you don’t stop it you'll be spending the night eating ica cream and crying over your ex-boyfriend" Vegeta laughed "Fine I'll stop asking" Bulma laughed and swished her arms tightly around his waist and rested her hand on the back. Vegeta drove for 20 minutes and then stopped at the edge of the city. Across the long stretch on water was an island. Vegeta switched to flight mode and they continued on towards the island. Vegeta smirked he knew that Bulma would love it there. He had gone earlier and set up for a romantic dinner with candles and food that had been precooked. Also on the island there was a beautiful water fall that Vegeta couldn't wait for her to see. Part of the reason that Vegeta had gone out of his way to do this is so that he could out do his friends and her old boyfriend. Vegeta knew that 18 and Chi Chi would be getting gifts and dinners but nothing could compare to the gifts and night that they would be having. Vegeta pulled up near the table that he had set up. "Wow look at this" Bulma said as she spun around and took in all the trees, water fall, and sparkling stars and shining moon. Bulma sat down at the table, and looked over at Vegeta. He poured her a glass of wine and one for himself, he brought over their food and Bulma gasped at it. Vegeta had tons of food and there was just the right amount for Bulma. "Oh Veggie-chan I can't believe that you did all this for me" Bulma smiled at him. Vegeta looked down at his plate and blushed causing Bulma to giggle. After they finished Vegeta through at bikini at Bulma. "Wow is this for me" Bulma said holding up the black satrapy bikini. "Yup go put in on we're going for a swim" Vegeta smirked at her. "Cool, thanks for the bikini Vegeta" Bulma called as she disappeared into the bushes to change. Vegeta changed too and went to the waters edge to wait for her. Bulma came out minutes later and dropped her clothing on her dinning chair and seductively walked towards him. Vegeta smirked at her. "It fits, good" Vegeta smirked and put his hands on her hips and pulled her closer to him. "Yup and I look good in it don't I" Bulma smiled "What ever woman" Vegeta smiled and jumped into the water. Bulma looked down into the water and raised an eyebrow. She couldn't see Vegeta anymore but she just rolled her eyes and at down at the waters edge. She put her feet in the water and looked around. The night air was warm and Bulma was in heaven. She loved her new bikini and she loved the way Vegeta was treating her and all the things he's done for her. Bulma gasped as she was pulled under the water by her ankle. She came up shortly after and smiled at Vegeta. Bulma jumped forward and pushed him under the water. Bulma was laughing when he was up and he smirked at her. Vegeta snaked his arms around her waist and pulled her to him. "You think that's funny huh?" Vegeta purred in her ear, Bulma smirked at him. "Yup" Bulma smiled "Well I think this is funny" Vegeta smirked and threw her backwards into the water fall. Bulma came up and struck her tongue at him. Vegeta smirked at her, and saw over to her and went under the water fall. Behind it was and sand cave that had the perfect lighting (A/N: how convent hehe). "Look at this" Vegeta called to Bulma who was still on the other side of the water fall. Bulma came through and smiled. "Wow how pretty, it's so romantic" Bulma smiled at him "Um…Ya" Vegeta blushed, he may be tough on the out side but around Bulma and no one else he would break down and blush like there was no tomorrow. Bulma sat back into the sand so that her legs where still in the water. The water fall sparkled in Bulma's eyes as she watched the waters fall. Vegeta sat down beside her, Bulma leaned her head in his shoulder. "Tonight had been just perfect Vegeta, thank you" Bulma smiled up at him. "No problem, but I still have 1 more gift for you back at the dinner table. I'll give it to you later" Vegeta said flatly "You didn't have to get me any gifts!" Bulma exclaimed "Dinner and swimming was more then enough, from the time you picked me up you had already giving me the best Valentine's Day gift of all" "How so" Vegeta asked "Well you gave me a Valentine's Day, I hate you bring him up but when Yamcha and I were dating he would sleep with others then take me out to a cheap restaurant then sleep with me and leave me unfulfilled" Bulma sighed "And you stayed with him for how long?" Vegeta asked surprised "I know it was stupid" Bulma said and looked into the water "You aren’t stupid for staying with him, your a girl" Vegeta smirked "Hey" Bulma said and whacked him in the shoulder. "Bulma" Vegeta asked his voice growing soft. "Ya" "What did you mean when you said he left you unfulfilled" Vegeta asked "He would...um...release before me and roll over and fall asleep" Bulma sighed as she remember the building pleasure then all of a sudden it would stop and she was left cry over it. "I can't believe that he treated you that way" Vegeta said and stroked her chin. "Ya well who care about him, he's gone now" Bulma said and closed her eyes as she enjoyed Vegeta’s touched. Vegeta ran his hand along her jaw line, neck and collar bone. Vegeta pulled her onto his lap and kissed her passionately. Bulma returned his kisses and moaned when he started to trail kisses down her neck. Vegeta continued to kiss his way down to her breast. While he was doing this he ran his hands up her hand and untied her bikini top. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The next morning ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Bulma smiled as she woke up the next morning, she remembered the other night's activities. Bulma slide herself out of Vegeta and sat up. They were still behind the water fall. Bulma smiled to herself again as she remember the pleasure she had felt of being fulfilled. Vegeta had let her released about 3 times before he did and she was so happy. "Hey Vegeta, wake up we have to get back" Bulma said and poked him in the chest. "Ya ya lets go" Vegeta said and got up. "So did you have fun last night" Vegeta smirked at her as they got dressed. "Yes" Bulma grinned, Vegeta packed up all there stuff so that the island look as if they had never been there. "Remember how I said I have a gift left for you" Vegeta asked "Yup" Bulma said trying not to sound excited, Bulma loved gifts but she didn't care if Vegeta didn't get her one. "Well I have 2 for you" Vegeta smirked and put all their stuff on his bike. "See this island, it's yours. Technically you don't own it but it'll be our island out little secret so it'll be like we own it cause no one comes here" Vegeta said "What do you think of that" "That's wonderful, wow my own island, well our own island this is great!" Bulma smiled "And now for my last gift" Vegeta said and took out a small box from his pocket "I hope you like it cause it took me hours to find the same color as your eye" "Oh my god Vegeta it's beautiful" Bulma said as she stared and the necklace in her hands. Bulma held it up, it was a medium length chain with a blue stone attached to the end. Bulma put it on and it was in fact the dead on color of her eyes. "I'm glad you like it" Vegeta smiled "Like it, I love it I've never gotten something like this before" Bulma cried and hugged him, she passionately kissed him. Vegeta returned her kisses and wrapped his arms around her waist. "That's good then" Vegeta smirked ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Back at Capsule Corp. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "It was the most amassing time even Chi" Bulma said as she talked to her friend on the phone. Bulma had kissed Vegeta good bye and then rushed up up to her room to call Chi Chi and 18. "It sounds wonderful, Goku cooked me dinner and gave me a necklace and ear rings" Chi Chi said "How about you 18?" "I got a motorbike, gloves and a dinner" 18 said into the phone "Wow that's a lot" Chi Chi said "Bulma how about you" "Well Vegeta got me a necklace, bikini and a island" Bulma smiled as her friend screamed. "An island?!" Chi Chi and 18 cried "Well I don't own it but it's like our little private special island" Bulma laughed "That's still pretty amazing" Chi Chi said "Ok how many of you got lucky, 18?" "I did" 18 chuckled "Me too" Chi Chi said and laughed "How about our newest couple" "Ya we did it" Bulma said and her friends burst out screaming. "Wow you too are moving pretty fast" 18 commentated "Oh come on, we have being dating for like 3 weeks" Bulma said defensively "Ya what ever chickie" Chi Chi laughed. "See you at school" Bulma said "Bye all" Chi Chi said, the 3 girls hung up and Bulma sighed and leaned back onto her bed. Bulma played with her hair and thought of Vegeta. She couldn't believe that he could be so nice to her. Bulma smiled to herself as she remembered their first time. He had been so gentle and all about her. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Monday at school ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "I can't believe Krillen bought you that" Bulma cried when she saw the sharp black motor bike that 18 pulled in on. 18 smirked. "I know" 18 said "It was his cousin's, his cousin didn't want it any more and so he gave it to me" "Like a hand me down" Chi Chi asked "No not really, he cousin never rode it he just bought it kept it for a week and then gave it to Krillen" 18 said "Oh, cool look what Goku gave me" Chi Chi said and held up the pink diamond earrings and matching necklace she was wearing. "Wow that's so pretty" Bulma exclaimed, she knew what her friends had gotten from their phone conversation last night but she didn't know how it looked like. "Any chance we get to see your island Bulma" Chi Chi laughed "Nope it's me and Vegeta's secret but next time we go swimming I can show you my bikini" Bulma smiled "Aw ok, how about the necklace he gave you" Chi Chi asked "Ok sure" Bulma said and fished the necklace out of the inside of her shirt. "Wow it's the exact color of your eyes" 18 exclaimed when she saw the necklace. "Yup, and Vegeta was so nice to me during the whole night" Bulma smiled remembering her the night. "Look at you, your so in love" Chi Chi giggled "I know you've be floating on cloud 9 ever since you started dating Vegeta" 18 commented "I'm not in love Chi, but ya I am really happy with Vegeta" Bulma smiled at her friends "Crap, we're going to be late what do you have first" Chi Chi asked as the girls started to walk into the school. "I have drivers Ed." Bulma said "With Yamcha" "that sucks, I have gym" Chi Chi sighed "I hate it, how about you 18" "I have gym too" 18 said "I love it" "You would" Chi Chi snickered "Shut up" 18 laughed "At least you two are together" Bulma said "We are on the same field and stuff but we have different teachers" Chi Chi said "But we are with our boy friends, and yours" 18 said "Vegeta's in your class 18?" Bulma asked "Yup, and you should see Goku, Vegeta and 18 compete" Chi Chi said "Who wins" Bulma asked "Usually Goku or Vegeta but 18 comes close" Chi Chi said "Hey, I've won a couple times" 18 defended "See you later" Bulma waved and headed into her Drivers Ed. class. She took her seat at the back of the class room. Bulma looked around and spotted Yamcha flirting with the same blonde haired girl he had been the last time he saw him. Bulma pretended not to care, she had Vegeta and didn't need him. But, part of her still felt sad and jealous. Bulma figured that she was still getting over him, I mean they had been dating for 2 years and every thing. It was February and there was 3 months till graduation. Bulma had arranged with her friends to go shopping next weekend for prom dresses. Bulma hadn't had a dress in mind but she wanted it to be impressive. Bulma was excited for her graduation day. She hope that she and Vegeta would be going together, even though she had no reason to see why not. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Next weekend and shopping! ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "Lets go in here" Chi Chi suggested and pulled Bulma and 18 into the 6th store of the day. They had been shopping for about 4 hours and were getting pretty tired. "okay but after this one we take a break, got it" 18 said in a firm but not harsh tone. "Agreed" Bulma and Chi Chi said at the same time. The girls eye grew wide when they saw the dresses in the store. They were all so pretty. "I want them all" Chi Chi squealed and rushed over to a stand. Bulma and 18 went to separate stands and started looking. "What about this?" 18 asked Chi Chi and Bulma looked over to the black dress that 18 was holding up. "I like it" Chi Chi said. "Ya me too, try it on" Bulma said, 18 nodded but kept looking. They were going to try everything on at once. Bulma sighed in frustration as she continued looking. Bulma found a teal dress that she liked and put in around her arm with a blue dress and a green one she had found. An hour later the girls were in the changing rooms. 18, Chi Chi and Bulma modeled dresses and eventually found one that they like. They bought the dresses and drove back to Capsule Corp. "I wonder if the boys have gotten their tuxes yet" Bulma said. "Probably but I don't think Vegeta will be happy about having to buy one." Chi Chi joked and the girls giggled at the images in their minds. Bulma put away her dress went they got back. She headed back down stairs and made snacks for herself, Chi Chi and 18. The girls chatted and giggled about thing that were happening around. school. Bulma, again, brought up the 'Yamcha subject' as it was now called. "I'm sorry but it still bugs me to see him with other girls" Bulma frowned, "Vegeta's ten times better but still..." "I know B-chan but you have to stop worrying about it" Chi Chi said. "It'll be hard getting completely over him but you can do it" 18 said, "Your the strongest one here, mentally at least" "Ha, ya right" Bulma laughed, "I could kick your but any day" "Wanna bet" 18 snapped in a playful way. "Girls! We're not guys!" Chi Chi giggled and Bulma and 18 laughed too. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Prom Night! (sorry for all the skipping around but you know...)~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "I'm so nervous" Chi Chi smiled as she looked at herself in the mirror. "Don't be, you look great" Bulma assured her. Chi Chi was wearing a dark red dress that frilled out at the bottom. It brought out her eye which were lined with dark eye shadow and her lips were a dark red color. "So do you 18" Bulma added as she put on some pink lip gloss. 18 was wearing a tight, form fitting, strapless dress. Like Chi Chi, 18 had her hair done up in a fancy bun with some strands lining her face. 18 had stuck to her rules about make-up and only wore pink lip gloss. "You look good to Bulma" Chi Chi said and spun around to check her back side. Bulma smiled, she was pretty happy with how she looked. Bulma was wearing a blue dress that also frilled out at the sides. Bulma had curled her hair and put on blue eye shadow to match her dress. "Bulma honey, Vegeta, Krillen and Goku are here" Bulma's mother called from down stairs. "Okay" Bulma called back, "Oh my gosh, this is it guys" Bulma's stomach fluttered as she made her way down the stairs. Bulma blushed and looked down when she saw Vegeta's mouth drop open. Goku and Krillen had a similar reaction to Chi Chi and 18. Vegeta, Goku and Krillen all had matching tuxes, except the inside shirt. Vegeta's was orange, Goku's was blue and Krillen's was purple. They all looked very good. "Look at you Goku" Chi Chi said and rushed over to him. She started fussing over him in everyway possible. Krillen made a 'whipped' noise and they all laughed. "You look good woman" Vegeta said when no one was paying attention. "Thank you Vegeta, you look good to" Bulma smiled and her eyes sparkled. truthfully she hadn't been expecting a complement from him. "I want a picture of all of you so get together" Bulma's mother said. The 6 friends all gathered together and gave big smiles as Mrs. Briefs snapped pictures. An hour later they were driving towards the school. Bulma and driven with Vegeta, Chi Chi with Goku and 18 with Krillen. "Vegeta" Bulma asked. "What" He replied. "You're going to still keep in touch after this right?" Bulma asked nervously. "After high school, you mean?" Vegeta said calmly. "Yes" Bulma said. "Or course" Vegeta replied. "Good" Bulma smiled and him. They drove the rest of the way in silence. Bulma loved the way the gym looked. The was beautifully decorated and looked like some sort of fairy tale land. Bulma and the rest found a table and sat down. The girls chatted together about the further and collage. The boys talked about who was going to eat the most from the buffet. "Time to get your food starting with table 1" A girl called from the stage. The girls waited patiently to be called up, the boys on the other hand couldn't wait to get up there. Finally it was their turn. Bulma, 18 and Chi Chi all got chicken, potatoes and some salad. The boys stacked their plates with rice, stake, fries, burgers, potatoes and Krillen had some salad. "I still will never get use to how much you guys eat" Bulma laughed. "I know" Chi Chi giggled. They all ate rather quickly and talked for a while longer until everyone was ready to dance. Krillen was easily pulled on the dance floor and so was Goku. Bulma had to beg Vegeta was he eventually got up to slow dance with Bulma. Bulma lead in to him and sighed. Vegeta rolled his eyes, he didn't much like slow dancing but he would do it if it made Bulma happy. "Attention all students it's time to announce the king and queen of the prom" The same girl who had called everyone for dinner was back up on stage. Bulma and Vegeta stopped dancing and faced the stage. Bulma didn't think she would win but she hoped so. "This year we have something special for you, there will be a king and queen and a prince and princess" The girl smiled as some of the student exchanged comments and giddy smiles. "This envelope holds the answers" The girl waved a envelope for ever one to see. "Do she ever stop talking" Vegeta muttered. "Vegeta!" Bulma hissed "Be nice" The music started up again and the students danced for one more song before it was time for the results. "The winner of prom, prince and princess is...." There was silence from the crowd and a drum roll from the band on stage. "18 and Krillen" The girl said sounding a little surprised at the result. Bulma smiled at her friends as they took the stage. "I'm so happy" 18 said as she passed Bulma pulling Krillen behind her. Bulma watched 18 and Krillen get crowned and they took the floor for a dance together. "Now for the King and Queen" The girl piped up again once the song had finished and 18 and Krillen had taken their places back in the crowd. Chi Chi was fussing over 18's crown and Goku was teasing Krillen and holding his crown above his head and making him jump for it. There was a extra long drum roll before the King and Queen were announced. "Bulma and Yamcha" The girl announced, a hush went through the crowd but one by one everyone started clapping. Bulma stood there with her mouth open but Vegeta pushed her towards the stage. Bulma looked back to him and he nodded. She headed up to the stage. Bulma exchange a glace with Yamcha as they were both crowned. The tension at that moment was very noticeable. Everyone in the school knew how things were between. The reason that they had won was because people had been voting since the beginning of the year and Bulma had only been dating Vegeta for a 5 months. Bulma and Yamcha danced together in silence. Bulma knew that if she said something they'd end up fighting and make a huge seen. Bulma watched Vegeta from the corner of her eye. She could tell that he was not happy about this but had the dignity not to act like a bady about it. Bulma nodded at Yamcha as they broke apart and left. Bulma let out a deep breath and walked over to Vegeta. "Man that was weird" Bulma said. "Your telling me" Vegeta scoffed. The rest of the night passed quickly and soon Bulma was back at Capsule Crop. with Vegeta after saying good bye to her friends. Bulma and Vegeta walked out on to her balcony with two glasses of campaign. Bulma leaned on the railing and Vegeta came up behind her. "Tonight was perfect" Bulma sighed "Yup" Vegeta agreed flatly "Hmmm...here's to the rest of our lives" Bulma said and tapped her glass with Vegeta's. "To the rest on our lives" Vegeta agreed and took a sip of the drink. Vegeta lifted Bulma's chin and gave her a sweet kiss.
