Bulma sat through her first 2 classes bored as hell. The only thing that got her attention was when she stopped in the hall on the way to her second class. Bulma saw that Yamcha was kissing a pretty blonde girl. Bulma frowned but was happy to see that it wasn't Shelly. Bulma found it funny that it was one of Shelly many sluty whores she called friends. Bulma couldn't wait till art so she could talk to Chi Chi and 18. Art was always fun, everyone was there Goku, Krillen, Chi Chi and 18. Bulma was hoping that Vegeta would be in her art class as well, but she would never say that to anyone. "Finally" Bulma said as she entered the art class room. Bulma greeted her friends and took her place at the back of the class beside them. "That was the longest 2 hours of my life" Bulma said referring to her last 2 classes. "Ya I know, I thought it was just me, but today is going by sooooo slowly" 18 complained "Yup that's Friday for ya" Chi Chi agreed. The three girl watched the door, Bulma was watching for....well no one but Chi Chi and 18 were watching for their boy friends. "Hi Goku" Chi Chi said and flashed a bright smile "Hi Krillen" 18 said flatly "Hey" Krillen and Goku said at the same time "Hey Bulma we found someone really good for you" Krillen said "Oh really, well me and 18 still have to approve" Chi Chi said and gave him a look. "Chi it's fine, Krillen thank you hopefully you picked someone good" Bulma smiled "We're still checking" 18 informed her "ya" Chi Chi backed her friend up. Bulma rolled her eyes can continued to work on her painting. Bulma's held snapped up when she heard someone yell. Bulma, Chi Chi and the rest turned to see Yamcha flying to the ground and Vegeta smirking down at him. "Don't ever talk to me again rat" Vegeta said and walked away, Bulma frowned as she watched 3 girls rush over and fuss over Yamcha's bleeding nose. "Damn Vegeta you really hurt him" Goku said as he watched Vegeta sit down. Bulma, Chi Chi and 18 gave Vegeta a mean look but continued working. "Goku, don't encourage him!" Chi Chi said and stuck her nose in the air (A/N she dose that a lot) Bulma let out a small laugh "What so funny" Chi Chi asked "Chi Chi Goku's like a gentle giant he would never hurt anyone useless he or one of his friends were in danger" Bulma said and winked at Goku. "Ya Bulma's right" Goku said and Krillen agreed "I just don't want him talking to someone who hangs out with the twins" Chi Chi said and gave Vegeta a mean look. "I don't hang out with them, they were annoying me" Vegeta snapped "What ever" Chi Chi said "Oh come on Chi, don't be so hard on him. I don't think that he's stupid enough to hang out with them. Isn't that right loner boy" Bulma sneered. "What ever bitch" Vegeta said and stood up, he walked over to her. Then he leaned down and whispered in her ear. "Lucky for you I don't take pleasure in beating up defenseless girl like the twins, as you call them, do" Vegeta smirked when she narrowed her eyes at him. Bulma glared at his retreating figure as Vegeta went to go get paint for his work. "Bulma what did he say" Chi Chi asked, Vegeta had talked to quitely for her to hear. "Nothing important" Bulma said "Ok then" Chi Chi said as she glared over at Vegeta and Goku who had followed him. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Over with Goku and Vegeta ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "You really like her don't you" Goku asked "What are you talking about kakkarot?" Vegeta asked "Bulma, you really like her, I bet you can't wait till your date with her" Goku laughed "You never said it was a date" Vegeta snapped, Vegeta had grown to think of Goku as a best friend, something he had never had. Vegeta really did like Bulma, a lot, that fact that he spent all his time thinking about her pretty much confirmed it. Vegeta would kill to go on a date with her and was happy when Goku had said that it was. Vegeta had punched Yamcha because he had told Vegeta to stop looking at his girl. Vegeta knew all to well that Bulma and Yamcha and gone out before but where now broken up, the whole story had come from a babbling Goku in math class. "It is a date" Goku said "Come on Vegeta you really like her" "Well ya" Vegeta muttered he hated having to admit it to him "But don't you dare tell her that or you'll end up more messed then Yamcha" "Ok ok no worries Vegeta I wont tell" Goku assured him. Vegeta and Goku headed back to the girls table. Goku pulled Chi Chi and 18 and Krillen over to the side of the room. Bulma gave them a funny look but thought nothing of it. Bulma looked over at Vegeta who was blushing a little, she didn't know why but she had a little suspicion that something was up. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Chi Chi, Krillen, 18 and Goku's convo. ~ ~ ~ ~ "Ok the guy I set up Bulma up with is..." Goku said, Krillen supplied the drum roll "Vegeta" "What!?" Chi Chi and 18 yelled causing Bulma and Vegeta to look over at them. "Goku you can't be serious we said someone good" Chi Chi said, 18 nodded in agreement. "He is someone good besides he really really like her, he had a huge crush on her" Goku said then suddenly clamped his hand over his mouth "Oops" "He like's her" Chi Chi said in surprise "This may work out, Bulma really really likes Vegeta too" "No way" Goku said "That's perfect then" "Ya" Krillen and 18 agreed "Ok so Bulma and Vegeta both like each other, I think we should go swimming at Bulma's pool then go caught a movie" Chi Chi suggested "We should also give them some time alone" 18 said "Ya" Chi Chi said ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Back with Bulma and Vegeta ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "I wonder what their talking about" Bulma said to herself "Maybe their talking about you and how goofy looking you are" Vegeta said, Bulma looked over at him and gave him a 'what-ever' look. "They would never do that, their my really good friends" Bulma said assuring herself "Something you don't have" "Not that it concerns you but Goku is my friend, one of my really good friends" Vegeta said flatly he knew exactly what they where talking about but, he wasn't going to tell her that. "You've only know him for like what 2 days" Bulma said and raised an eyebrow. "So who cares that doesn’t mean were not friends" Vegeta frowned "OK what ever" Bulma said "Chi what were you and 18 talking about" Bulma asked raising an eyebrow. "We were um....just planning out triple date, we all think that swimming in your pool followed by a movie would be good" Chi Chi said trying to cover up "If that's alright with you" "Sounds good" Bulma said "Around 12" Chi Chi nodded and informed Goku and Krillen plus when Bulma wasn't paying attention she told Vegeta. Vegeta just nodded and looked away, Chi Chi rolled her eyes and walked back to her friends. "The boys know and Goku will tell your date later on" Chi Chi lied about the last bit. "Ok" Bulma said. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Lunch ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "Salad again Bulma" Chi Chi asked as her friend returned from the lunch line. "Yup, you gotta eat healthy" Bulma smiled and sat down beside her friend "Ya I guess but today I'm sticking to pizza" Chi Chi grinned. "Ya guys" Krillen said and sat down across from the girls "Hi Krillen have you seem 18" Bulma asked "Nope but I think she'll get here soon" Krillen said, Chi Chi and Krillen talked about their classes but Bulma wasn't paying attention, her thought kept drifting to Vegeta and her up coming date. Bulma's thoughts were interrupted when Goku clapped his hands once to get their attention. "Goku don't do that" Chi Chi scowled, she had gotten scared. "Sorry Chi, but I was hoping that Vegeta could sit with us" Goku said, he tilled his head back. They all looked back at Vegeta who had his arms crossed over his chest and was looking side ways. "Ya sure" Krillen said "Yup" Chi Chi and 18 said at the same time "Ok" Bulma agreed "Alright then me and Vegeta are going to go get something to eat" Goku said "Don't bring back half the lunch room with you" Chi Chi warned and Bulma and 18 giggled they knew how much Goku could eat. Goku and Vegeta returned later on with piles of food of food. Chi Chi almost had to do a double take when she saw the amount of food Goku and Vegeta had with them. "Wow Goku I think you've met your match" Bulma joked as the boys sat down. "Ya" Chi Chi agreed, Goku laughed. "Ya I guess so" Goku said and started eating, Vegeta started eating too. "So Vegeta where are you from anyways" 18 asked "East City" Vegeta asked and continued eating "Do you have any brothers" Chi Chi asked "Nope but I have a sister" "Younger or older" 18 asked, Bulma watched her friend ask him questions and wished she had the courage to ask him something. Bulma usually wasn't shy around guys but there was something different about Vegeta. "older" Vegeta said and rolled his eyes .:: Girls and their questions, why doesn’t Bulma ask me something she's the only one I care about anyways ::. "Why did you move and to where" Bulma finally asked much to Vegeta's joy. "My mother found a new job, I moved in across from that big Capsule Crop. building" Vegeta said flatly "Wow that's where Bulma lives" Goku said, Chi Chi and 18 smacked themselves on the forehead. "Really" Vegeta asked slyly and look over at Bulma who was now blushing and looking down at her salad, playing with it with her fork. "What a coincidence, well if you need directions just ask her" Goku said clueless to the 2 girls glaring at him giving him a 'shut up' look. "You wouldn't mind right Bulma" Goku asked, Krillen who had noticed Chi Chi and 18 glaring at him, poked his friend in the side and nodded his head toward the girls. Goku blinked and mouth 'sorry' finally getting that he wasn't suppose to have said all that. Chi Chi and 18 rolled their eyes and waited for Bulma's answer. "No no problem" Bulma said casually even though she felt like she was going to faint. "I'll remember that" Vegeta said and finished his food. "Ok all, I'll see you on Saturday well tomorrow for our date" Chi Chi said and kissed Goku good bye, Bulma and 18 followed soon after heading to their last couple of classes. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The Date ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "Bulma are you nervous" Chi Chi asked in amusement as she watched her friend play with her clothing. Bulma was wearing white shorts with bikini bottoms under and a string bikini top. "You look fine and Vegeta will really like you" 18 said then clapped her hand over her mouth. "18!" Chi Chi cried "Vegeta that's who I'm going out with" Bulma asked rather calmly which surprised Chi Chi and 18. "Um yes but I'm sure it'll go fine and beside you really like him right" Chi Chi asked "Well...um....ya but don't tell him" Bulma blushed and looked at the ground. "Bulma and Vegeta sitting in a tree K I S S I N G first comes love then come marriage then comes a baby in the baby carriage, that's not all that's not all, Vegeta and you will have a ball (A/N stupid huh? reminds me of grade 3.…) Chi Chi laughed "Chi Chi grow up" Bulma rolled her eye but smirked after wards. "Look there they come" 18 said pointing Goku, Krillen and Vegeta who had his hands in his pockets and was looking at the ground blushing. They were walking toward the girls who were standing by the pool at the side of Bulma's house. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Before the date ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "I don't know how you talked me into this Kakkakrot" Vegeta sighed, Goku and Krillen were over at his house for some last minute preparation. "You two will get along fine" Goku said "Chi Chi told me that Bulma really likes you" "Really" Vegeta said his voice not hiding his obvious excitement "Ya so don't be scared to make a move" Goku laughed and Vegeta frowned. "You better not be lying Kakkakrot" Vegeta snapped "I'm not it's true" Goku said "Come on lets go or else Chi Chi and 18 will get made at us" Krillen said cutting in to their conversation. "I'ight" Vegeta said and stated towards the door. Goku and Krillen walked across the street and towards Bulma's pool. .:: Wow ::. Vegeta thought when he saw Bulma in her bikini and shorts. Her skin glowed in the sun and her aqua hair shun and glittered. Vegeta nervously walked towards her. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ At the pool ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Bulma, Chi Chi and 18 sun tanned while the boys wrestled in the water. Bulma laughed as Goku pushed Vegeta under the water and he came up sputtering water. 18 got up and jumped in, she lifted up Krillen over her head. She laughed as he pleaded to put him down, Bulma, Chi Chi, Goku and Vegeta laughed as 18 threw Krillen into the water. "Go 18!" Chi Chi cheered and giggled, Bulma smiled and laughed too. "Come on Bulma lets get in" Chi Chi said and pulled her friend up. "Ok" Bulma said and slipped off her shorts, which caught Vegeta’s attention. Bulma walked to the deep end of the pool and Vegeta swam over to her. "You scared to jump in" Vegeta taunted her and smirked when she narrowed her eyes at him, he loved how her eyes sparkled when she was mad and shimmered when she was happy. "You wish" Bulma leaned down to the edge of the pool and put her hand in. "Ah, cold" Vegeta started laughing, Bulma stuck her tongue out at him. Vegeta grabbed her hand and pulled her into the water. Bulma shrieked as she fell into the cold water. Bulma shot up and splashed Vegeta in the face. "Hey that wasn't very nice" Bulma said playfully. "Bulma, me and Goku are going to go get some drinks ok?" Chi Chi called. "Ok sure" Bulma called back "Me and Krillen are going to go with them" 18 called "Alright" Bulma said and watched her friends leave that's when she realize that her and Vegeta were all alone. Bulma swam around a bit, she looked over at Vegeta. Bulma swam over to him and pushed him under the water. Vegeta grabbed her hips and lifted her up in the air. "Ah Vegeta, put me down" Bulma yelled and kicked her legs. Vegeta threw her up in the air and she came down with a splash. Vegeta smirked at her. "Oh Puh-leeze" Bulma said "it's not fair that your so strong" "What ever, your just made cuz I got the best of you" Vegeta laughed Bulma stuck her tongue out at him but smirked after. She really was having a good time with Vegeta. Bulma was surprised when he put her arm around her waist and pulled her close. Vegeta pulled Bulma's body around the pool while talking with her a bit. "Vegeta, what are your parents like" Bulma asked as she stared up at the sky as he pulled her around. "My dad he cold and my mom has high expectations" Vegeta said not knowing why she was asking about that. "That's like my mom" Bulma said "Hey, why where you in a fight with that girl" Vegeta asked remembering how hard Bulma had punch her. "She asked how good Yamcha was in bed and I called her a slut even though she was and she knew it, she flipped out and started yelling all this shit about me" Bulma explained "But I wasn't the one who hit first" "I know, I was there" Vegeta smirked down at her and she smiled back. Vegeta enjoyed the feel on her silky skin and hair that touched him. "Aw, why'd ya stop" Bulma asked when Vegeta stopped pulling her and wrapped his arms around her waist. "Cause I have better things to do" Vegeta smirked at her, Bulma frowned but she liked being in his arms too. Vegeta lifted her chin and leaned in to kiss her. Bulma returned his kisses and smiled at him when they broke a part. "I'm going to go sun tan" Bulma smirked and headed for her pool chair. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ In the Brief’s kitchen ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "Just look at them" 18 sighed "How romantic" Chi Chi said as she stared at Vegeta and Bulma. "They were so meant for each other" 18 sighed again, the two where watching them dreamily while Goku and Krillen poured drinks. "Should we go out there" Goku said walking over to them. "Not yet just give them some time" "Oh my gosh Chi Chi he didn't" 18 squealed "He did" Chi Chi jumped up and down "What, what happened Krillen asked heading over to them with the drinks. "Vegeta kissed Bulma!" Chi Chi grinned "Whoa that didn't take long" Krillen said "No Bulma no don't get out of the pool" Chi Chi pleaded but sighed when her friend sat down to sun tan. "Ok let's head out there" 18 said and headed for the door. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Back at the pool ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "Ooooo, drink's thanks you guys" Bulma said as she took a glass to drink. Bulma laughed as Goku and Krillen jumped back into the pool to fight with Vegeta. "So Bulma what did you and Vegeta do while we where gone" Chi Chi asked in her gossip voice even though she already knew the answer. "Nothing" Bulma said and leaned back in her chair "What ever Bulma, we saw you two. You kissed him" 18 said and took her place on the other side of Bulma. Bulma looked form side to side, she felt like she was trapped in between them. "Spies" Bulma said and stuck her tongue out at her friends "but ya we did and he's the best kisser ever" Bulma said this so loud that Vegeta looked over at her and blushed as the girls burst out in giggles. Goku nudged him in the side and winked at him, Vegeta frowned in return. The 3 girls jumped up the water and attacked their boyfriends. 18 easily pushed Krillen under the water and Bulma get Vegeta when he wasn't pay attention. Chi Chi however couldn't get Goku under, but he eventually let her. The girls laughed as the boys came up form the water. Vegeta smirked at Bulma and her eyes widened. She turned and swam in the other direction as fast as she could. Vegeta easily caught up to her and grabbed her ankle. He pulled her back towards him. Vegeta pulled Bulma that her back was up against him chest. "That wasn't every nice" Vegeta said in a husky voice, he rested his head on her shoulder. He laughed as Bulma struggled to get free. Bulma noticed that Chi Chi and 18 weren't doing to well either. Goku had draped Chi Chi over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes and was twirling around while Chi Chi struggled to get free. Krillen had lifted up 18 and was treating to drop her. Vegeta held Bulma in place with one hand while he tickled her with the other. "Vegeta st…stop" Bulma laughed and kicked harder to get free. "Why this is too much fun" Vegeta smirked, he left her got and she turned to face him. Bulma flicked some water in his face and smiled at him. "Your evil you know that" Bulma teased "I know, but would you have it any other way" Vegeta gave her a sexy smirked and pulled her to him with one of his arms. The other arm came up behind her back. Vegeta leaned in to kiss her, Bulma closed her eyes and enjoyed his kisses. Bulma broke the kiss and smiled at him. Bulma swam an inch away from him and called to her friends. "Hey you guys we should get ready for the movies soon" Bulma called "Ya" 18 and Chi Chi agreed. Bulma, Chi Chi and 18 headed in Bulma's house while the boys went to Vegeta's. Bulma, Chi Chi and 18 spilt up and each use one of Capsule Corp.‘s many showers. They all meet back in Bulma's room. Bulma went throw she closet, while Chi Chi and 18 changed into the outfits that they had brought with them. Chi Chi wore a white pair of capree pants and a pink tank top. She had her hair in braids with a couple of loose strains outlining her face. 18 had a pair of sweat pants that said '18' on the back and a blue tank top. Bulma sighed in frustration, she wanted something that looked as good as 18 and Chi Chi's. "I can't find anything good" Bulma whined "Lemme see" Chi Chi said and started going through Bulma's closet. "Here where this and um....this" Chi Chi said and through a pair of dusty jeans and a bark blue tub top at Bulma. Bulma nodded and put them on. "You do good work" Bulma said and admired herself in the mirror. "Bulma are you going to do something with your hair" Chi Chi asked "Na, I'm just gunna leave it straight for today" Bulma said and brushed out the shoulder length aqua hair. The girls headed down stair and out the door. Bulma nervously knocked on Vegeta's door. "Can I help you" A young black haired girl asked, Bulma figure that she was Vegeta's older sister. "Um...are Vegeta, Goku and Krillen here" Bulma nervously ask, the girl gave Bulma a funny look then widened her eyes. "You Veggie’s girl aren’t you" She chipped "Oh man! He is like so in love with you. All the even dose is day dream about you and talk about you and everything" "Really" Chi Chi said and stepped closer, so she was standing beside Bulma. "Really" The girl nodded her head "By the way I'm..." "Neashen" Vegeta finished "Go away" Vegeta came down the stairs and shoved his sister out of the room. "Nice you meet you Bulma or should I say Mrs. Bulma Prince, the most beautiful girl in the world with the nicest body and eyes" Neashen giggled as Vegeta pushed her out of the room. Vegeta pushed his sister all the way out and shut the door. Vegeta locked eyes with Bulma and turned a furious shade of red. Bulma she shocked that Vegeta had said all that about her. "Bulma Prince huh?" Chi Chi laughed "Are you planning to marry her" "Shut up" Vegeta snapped then he went up stairs while grumbling some thing about never telling his sister anything again. Chi Chi and 18 giggled and tormented Bulma about the whole thing until the boys came down. They were all wearing their normal clothes, dark colored shorts and t-shirts with cool logos and such. Bulma drove them all out to the big movie theater. The boys paid for tickets and the girls got food, making sure to get tons for Goku and Vegeta. Bulma took her place beside Vegeta, they were at the end up the group, Chi Chi and Goku were in the middle and Krillen and 18 were on the other end. Bulma was happy sitting next to Goku and Vegeta, cause Goku never paid attention to anything but the movie and Vegeta and her were all alone. The movie started and Bulma enjoyed half of it before she noticed that Vegeta had put his hand on her leg. her was running his figures up and down it. Bulma leaned her head on his shoulder and sighed. Vegeta continued to move his figures up and down her leg. He soon moved his way up the inside of her thigh. He stopped and moved his touched to her face and arms. Bulma looked up at him and smiled, he smirked back to her. Vegeta moved his hand across her stomach and slipped on his figures into the rim of her pants. Bulma let out a soft squeak of surprise. "Vegeta" Bulma whispered, she didn't like how fast things were moving. "Don't worry woman, I wont do anything you don't want me to plus I would never do something like that on the first date" Vegeta whisper back, he gave her a kiss on the forehead and she smiled up at him. This is like a soup opera...maybe I should kill off one of the characters...nah!
