Well, isnÕt this a great way to start your day?! ^_^;; After listening to the fortune-tellerÕs most pleasant prediction, Aya throws a fit and reward her friends and her brother, Aki, with her most horrible singing voice. Things doesnÕt lighten up when later, Aya falls of an overpass in attempt to catch a thief. Now, here comes the interesting part. When she is falling, mysterious images of blood-shed enters her mind, and Aya lands safely on the ground. Unfortunately, this normal, average, sixteen-years-old girl seems to be cursed. At the moment of safe landing, a car is coming towards her in full pace. Before Aya could react, a young man in sun glass immediately picked her up and pushes her out of the way. Can you guess who this guy is? Why, itÕs our sexy little Tooya! ^o^ Her twin brother comes along, scold her for acting on impulse while Aya noticed that the mysterious stranger vanished. That night, her mind was filled with that young manÕs presence. Going on to the next day, their parents brought them to a ÒfamilyÓ gathering and it is supposedly a meeting to celebrate their 16th birthday. However, as the two twins entered, they sensed the tension in the air. Everyone are dressed in black with solemn expression on their faces. (When I read this part in the manga, I thought the whole family looked like they were in a funeral rather than a birthday party. ^_^;;) The grandfather greets them, and said he had a present he wanted to give them. Aya becomes quite startled when she saw the person carrying the gift, it is the stranger who saved her life on the previous day! Without a word, the young man places the present on the table. Aya and Aki both stare hard at the old wooden box. "IÕll open it, Aya-chan," Aki says. At that very moment, an eerie glow surrounds Aya and she becomes engulfed in its power. All the relatives gasped. Then, AyaÕs power grows and creates an explosion. Aki gets severely injured with cuts and bruises. "Hurry up and call the ambulance!" Aya screams at the top of her lungs. She looks around and no one made any move to save Aki. "What is wrong with everyone today?" she questioned with worry. "Aki is covered with blood, he is going to die!!!"
