| TO AN ANGRY PARENT |
||||||||||
| I shiver and I shake because your yellings like an earthquake. And the rumbling in my head goes on without an end. No matter what I do, no matter how hard I try, I'll never be good enough for you, and it makes me want to cry. You've taken away my friends, you've taken away the fun and you've filled me with an emptiness that makes me want to run. But theres something inside me you can never take away. Something that is truley mine and will never go away. So, you can take away my clothes, take away my toys, take away the music, take away the boys. I have hope in my heart and faith in my head and that's something that I'll have until the very end. |
