A group of twelve pupils
travelled to the FOBBISEA Primary Games in Kuala Lumpur last week. Despite
being the smallest team at the Games, our pupils performed very well,
winning eleven medals in athletics and swimming. In addition to winning
these medals, each of our pupils were able to make it into the finals of
at least one of their events. The
team received a number of very complimentary comments about their
behaviour and competitive spirit from parents and principals of other
schools. Members of our team were: Ryan Rocastle, Sam Hulls, Kevin Hughes,
Melissa Rocastle, Claire Tan, Tseu Min Yee, Tseu Bing Shian, Derek Lawrie,
Alex Woi, Randal Low, Kim Jun Hyun and Russell Hodgson. Student Council Elections were held for the
Student Council. The representatives are : Daniel Lin, Cheryl Quek, Marc
Hughes, Jessica Kofod, Katherine Caspillo, and Samuel Poon. Daniel Lin has
been elected Chairman of the Council, and therefore, Head Student. Science/IT Week Next week (June 5th

science and information technology to the pupils, and increase their

Classes in the Secondary Department will work in their home-room all week, and concentrate on activities related to the Science and IT theme.
