Dear Parents

Year 2 - 9 Curriculum Evening

There will be a curriculum evening for all parents of Year 2 to 9 pupils on Tuesday 2^nd July at 7.00pm in the library. The purpose of this meeting is to explain how the National Curriculum Tests will be scored so that all parents understand the grades that their child will get. The school’s new Curriculum Documents will also be released at this meeting

Year 9: GCSE Options Meeting

There will be a meeting for parents of all Year 9 pupils to explain the new GCSE options that they have as they enter Year 10. The school is now in a position to offer more subject choices for GCSE and therefore unlike previous years, pupils will have some choices as to what subjects they wish to study.

Secondary Department Exam Week

Timetables for the exams have already been distributed to all students. A copy has also been displayed on the school notice board.

Careers Week: 8^th – 12^th July

We are still keen have volunteers to come and talk to the students about their occupations and careers. If you are interested, please see Mr Davies.
