"Dark Clouds" Rain on my tin roof Awoke me this morning Soggy and cold feet Clearly was it's warning As I let the dogs out And stepped outside I looked up at the rain With my usual sigh Dark clouds have been sparse So my sigh was odd Rain never fails To bring more than just a nod So my simple joys Just wets paws now Well I guess that's ok As long as change starts somehow Copyright
