I'm Kishor Jadhav, Born on 2nd June 1975 at Satara in Maharashtra. I was in Goa for almost 20 years, Where I've completed my BE in Electrical Engineering in the year 1996. Then I joined as Trainee Engineer in Polynova Industries Ltd. (A company of Lupin Group) at Kundaim, Goa.
After 2 years of Experience at Polynova I moved to Gulf & joined as Consultant/Project Engineer to a Engineering Company at Dammam in Saudi Arabia in 1998. I completed my 2 Years Contract with them & came down to India in the year 2000.
First time I came to Pune in the year 1997 to attend a Training Program at L&T Switchgear Training Centre in the year 1997. That time I had made up my mind to move to Pune & Settle down over here. After coming back to India in Oct. 2000. I joined as Maintenance Engineer in Pancard Clubs Limited at Baner, Pune where I was also responsible for on going project (Electrical) work at Goa, Karjat & Pune.
In Oct. 2002 I joined M-Tech Innovations Ltd at Balajinagar, Pune as Maintenance Engineer. A diversified company having product range of Access Control System, e-purse, Smart Card applications, Bank Cards (ATM/Master/Visa), IT Pancard, Tactile & Membrane Keyboards etc. I was there till Feb. 2004.
I joined EXL on 23rd February, 2004 as Engineering Executive. I enjoy to work with EXL because of work culture of EXL & I have to take care of all Maintenance of Different equipments like Transformers, DG sets, IBMS & HVAC etc.There is variety. Also I feel I'm still quiet young while working with young managers.
