About Hungary |

My country is in Eastern-Europe, you can find it next to Austria. It`s about 93000 qkm. Out poppulation is ab.10 Million, but it`s decreasing day by day. Hungary`s capital is Budapest, never mix up with Bucarest (which is the capital of Romania). We have three bigger lake: the Balaton, the Lake Velencei, the Lake Ferto (we have to share it with Austria). And Hungary has the best paprika, one of the best wines, the most beautiful girls and the most innovative people of the word.
That was what everybody has to know and now comes my favorite places, buildings and people.

As I live in Budapest, that`s what I know the best. I think you have to know that Budapest has more beautiful buildings than any other city nearby. (And I guess, you didn`t know that Buda is on the left side of the Duna - this big river crossing the city - and Pest is on the right side.)
I attend the TUB (Technical University of Budapest) nowdays. Usually the turists don`t think that it could be interesting, but you have to see it`s library, you won`t forget it.
If you just walk around in the innercity you will se lot of old buildings, although sometimes not in very good condition.
We have a lot of castles and halls here, there are hotels or museums in them, it will be cheaper if you go to the museums, I think.
There have been a cily here more than 2000 yoars ago.Yes, 2000, not 200!!! You can touch those stones in AquincumMusee, which is in �buda (Old-Buda)on the north part of Buda.
