The daegu and rockdale movies show that sex between teenagers is serious. High school students gathering to practice sexual relationships not appropriate for their ages is now a serious social problem leading to deviations. Even some elementary school students are now commiting sexual acitivities in daegu. Current sex eduation has some weaknesses and problems in both the US and Korea. First of all, it lacks strictness and seriousness to make the students follow. The students all think that such practices would never come upon them. Second, the organization and the materials of what they teach in school is vapid. The non-seriousness they show at school and the lack of safety procedures they teach is one serious problem. Proper education is the key to solving the sex problems and young-age pregnancies we have in Korea.
