He is the first born son of Mr Kaongotao Tabokai and Mrs Birane Reemaia and from the conservative island of Beru and the tiny island of Tamana. He is married to Ms Teretia Tookam and have a cute little girl.....just married in 2002 and their child is already two years now,  a very fast reproduction!! Apart from such introduction of him, he has finished his LLB degree but doesn't want to leave his sweetheart here so he decided to wait for her so they can do their PDLB together...oh, very romantic!! KILSA is happy that he is still around because he is the Electronic and Computer technician for the association and by staying, KILSA won't have to worry about paying the CNS repair charges AND we do not have to waste our tears for crying when he leaves and we did for Ms Iuta and Mrs Tominiko...not that he is our fan or anything!!! 

His Look:

You could pass him as an Indian or a black American but mind you, it is a typical look for the people from Beru Island where he comes from especially, Taboiaki village, trust KILSA on this fact!! He is distinguished from the other Members of KILSA because he is the only one who wears spectacles as his sight is bad. Doctors revealled to KILSA his medical reports which showed that he lacks vitamins because all he eats is "bokaboka".

Hobbies:

He is a kavaholic and PJ addicts. He also likes to dance, showing off his moves to the sound of the stringband music BUT he doesn't know that he is always out of beat and dances like grandpa Paterson. He also likes to tell jokes and laughs until he farts and his audiences faint. Mr Tabokai is lazy and a lousy cook but he is good in speaking other languages....one good side of him so far, according to KILSA's investigations.

Aims:

He is  waiting for his spouse to finish he degree and is currently working on his other major...Language so he would go back home and translate the Constitution into different languages...French, Japanese, Bislama and Beruan! He also aims to join the Parliament and represent his island but he has other ambitions in mind as well...establish his own newspaper and be a journalist. KILSA would say that this gentlemen is very ambitious!!!   

Character:

He is smart and stubborn BUT alittle "kewekewe" especially with his jokes. He acts, talks and thinks like a politician and a kind of person who never failed to speak his mind and views. He is a former president of the KILSA but the problem is, he lost the election this year because the members decided not to vote for him....KILSA is not very sure of their reasons....either he is corrupt or too old for the job!!! One way or the other, in his time, the association was very lively and prosperous...tankio tumas, Merci beaucoup, arikato kosaimas, Ko rabwa n am waaki ni ibuobuoki ibukin KILSA.
