So, if you want to lose some fat, first of all, you have to do cardio. Cardio means aerobic exercises like jogging, jumping, and such. It is very important that you do it before breakfast, on empty stomach. That will allow you to burn fat instead of carbohydrates from your breakfast.
  Besides that, watch your carbs intake in the evening. Try to consume mostly protein containing food for dinner.
  You, also, may consider taking some fat burning supplements before your workouts. Those supplements usually consist of caffeine, aspirine, ephedrine, and some other elements.
