When Claire (Dunst) meets Drew (Bloom) he is a suicidal industrial designer and had just learned of his father's sudden death. Being his only son, Drew has to go to the small hometown Elizabethtown, Kentucky in which his father died at and attend his momorial. On the plane to Kentucky, he meets Claire the flight attendant, and they fall in LOVE. :D
