| W.E.B. - July 1, 2005 So, here I am a woman with a mission going to look for the lady who changed my fiance's life for the better without your insight and compassion his world would have been devoid of hope Life truly started with your revelation I hope I didn't freak you out with the call I'm no stalker just incredibly thankful your sun's rays brought an amazing man into full bloom we are eternally grateful Who We Are - December 5, 1996 identities are strange are we really just rob or kate or are we other people we talk about characteristics to identify people by but are they them do we see people as john or sue or do we see them as that funny person or the one who's such a bitch are we black white red yellow Your Application Has Been Denied - December 11, 2002 Would you like to pull the money out of my ass for me? I went to your facility for help because I almost succeeded in killing myself and I was assured that the state insurance would pay if I applied right then and they didn't my bills total over $4,000 and you don't seem to care this only communicates that I should have succeeded because if you and your system really did care you would help me after the fact technically, I was admitted without approval which means you screwed yourselves isn't it nice to know there are a few people willing to bend the rules? |
| Volunteer of the Quarter - October 21, 2002 What ever happened to hard work being exaulted? I grew up in a hard-working almost perfectionist household over-time was common bringing work home was often necessary wanting to stay because you enjoy yourself but I suppose money's the big concern no thanks for spending my weekend at work and going crazy because I didn't have a lot of alone-time instead I felt obliged to come in almost both days of the weekend and people are upset at me I don't appreciate having the great mood I was in dampered because of money when did it all become about money and when did "full time" become less than forty hours it's time I find a second job so that I can be productive because it seems my energy is getting wasted Worker Ant - October 21, 2002 So much for this being about the kids I am once again limited not due to legal issues or over-staffing or anything but because what my sub did is worth more than my desire to make up what was lost what will be of greater cost my medical bills for not following my doctor's orders or the fifteen hours I missed at over eight dollars an hour? considering inflation and how uncommon an emergency room visit I think we both know the answer perhaps next time the bill shouldn't be addressed to me because my wants and needs are not important only the administrators' and the kids' who by the way will be using the materials I made over the weekend You All - February 3, 2003 I don't know what You want from me You tell on me to Your mother You call on behalf of Your child Not to me But to You Who, I'm sure did not speak in my defense But decided to admonish me And then You four Go up to her and talk about me It would be nice that if You have a problem with me You tell me Instead of acting like I am someone's property I also need You to not think that we assistants are identured or slaves making plans for us as if we have no lives and have to do what You say did You even schedule a week for Yourself to clean up others' messes I suppose a perfect person doesn't make messes but they do care if they hurt You I suppose this proves humanity's fallibility |
