| I've had some people ask me about the smilies. You know: ^_^ =^_^= ()^_^ Like that. You've probably seen them all over my page, and I know I type them a lot in e-mails. The anime fans have probably seen these before; the first one is an anime smilie, because some anime characters (especially the really cute ones!) will sometimes smile with their eyes squeezed shut like that. The second one is a kitty, if you couldn't guess. ^_^ The third one might be harder to explain if you've never seen any anime or read any manga. Sometimes, when an anime character is experiencing surprise, chagrin, or a similar emotion, they will "sweatdrop." The artist draws what looks like a giant teardrop on them (usually on the side or back of their head) to show that emotion. So, the parantheses are supposed to represent the sweatdrop. Just thought I'd clear that up, before there was any more confusion! =^_^= |

| See? ^_^ Isn't she adorable? Here's Ed and Ein, the only really cute characters in Cowboy Bebop, and Ed's doing the smile I told you about as she draws chibis on Faye's legs. This is what anime fans call "kawaii!" or super cute. | |||||||||||||||||

| And here's the ever-kawaii Sakura and Kero-chan of Card Captor Sakura to demonstrate the sweatdrop for you! ()^_^ |
