What Happened
It happened on my 15th birthday. I was on my way to school when my brother said that our cat, Buyo, went into the Well House. He was too scared to go in so I had to. I found Buyo by the Bone- Eaters Well and that's when a hideous monster centipede appeared from inside the well and took me into it. While in the well with the monster, I found out that I had this weird power. After blasting one of the monster's arms off, I realized I wasn't in Tokyo anymore. I got out of the well and tried to find my house. Instead I found Inu Yasha pinned to a tree. Then some villagers from a village just outside of the forest, attacked me and tied me up. An old priestess named Kaede showed up and took a look at me. She said that I looked like her older sister Kikyo. The centipede attacked the village in search of a jewl known as the Shikon Jewl (Jewl of Four Souls). It was after me so I headed off into Inu Yasha's forest. Inuy Yasha regained consciousness when I got to him. The centipede attacked me and bit into my side. That's when I found out that the jewl was in my body the whole time. The centipede trapped me against Inu Yasha and swallowed the jewl. The jewel made it more powerful than it already was. Inu Yasha told me to take the arrow that pinned him to the tree out. I had no choice but to do it. Once the arrow was out, Inu Yasha was able to move again. He slautered the centipede and the jewl was safe. Well, for a while. Inuyasha came after me and Kaede made a necklace go around Inuyasha's neck. All I have to do is say the word "Sit" and Inu Yasha went face first into the ground. Kaede told me that I was the reincarnation of Kikyo and my job was to protect the jewl from evil. Some job I did of that. A demon crow got it and the only way for me to get it the jewl back was to shoot an arrow at it. That's how the jewl shattered into millions of pieces that scattered into different parts of the feudal era. Now Inu Yasha and I, along with some friends, go on a quest in search of the missing jewl shards.
