Rules of Purchase

1. You must have a webpage {NO NEOPETS PAGES!}

2. Your page must be up and running before you can purchase any
   of Obi's canines

3. What you see is what you get, prices are not negotiable

4. Canines are sold on a first come first serve basis

5. You must provide a link to the main page on every page the canines are on
   { http://www.geocities.com/kirawi2k }

6. You must be a member of The Eastern Isle Marketplace

7. You may only buy one canine per litter and three per five litters

8. You MUST keep the name Kirawi in front of your dog's full name
   {not call name}

9. You must have the canine on a page withing 5 days of
   purchase if you don't it will be put back up for sale and you will NOT get your money back

If any of these rules are broken You WILL lose your canine and any chances of adopting later if you have completed all requirements email me with your registered name your e-mail your web page url canine's ID#}
