       Because Israelites have sin and broke God's command to not take things but they stole and put it among their things.

      Joshua told people to honor the Lord, serve him. Don't worship gods/idols. The people told Joshua that they will not leave the Lord to worship gods, because the Lord has saved them from slavery. They will serve the Lord. Joshua said that God will always forgive but he will punish you if you serve the gods.

      110 years old.

      They served the Lord all the days of Joshua and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua.
