FREE AGENTS: All transactions are totally free in regard to cash, but you can never go over your salary cap amount of 200 fantasy dollars. You may have to cut a player to free up money to sign another player. If you draft a player for $10, then when you cut him you get $10 to use toward other players. It is possible to get the same player at a cheaper rate by cutting him and resigning him the following week. That is assuming no other owner out bids you for that player's services once he becomes a Free Agent. If an owner cuts an NFL player that player can not be resigned by another owner until the following week. You are allowed to add a total of three (3) players to your roster each week (two during the blind auction transaction period - WEDNESDAY) and one during the first come, first served $5 player transaction period (Thursday Saturday). Keep in mind you can NOT have more that 20 players on your roster! During the first weekly transaction period (blind auction) you make bids for Free Agents after Sunday noon until Wednesday at 10:00 pm to an special e-mail account ([email protected]) that I have set up for this league's Free Agents transaction auction period. I will only check this e-mail address on Wednesday after 10:00 pm. Since you do not know what bids will win or lose the auction you are allowed to make a #1 choice and #2 choice for this transaction period. For instance you can write I wish to sign Player A for $25, if that is not a winning bid then I would like Player B for $20 AND/OR I will take Player #1 for $8, if that is not a winning bid then I will take Player 2 for $3. Or simply I want two of these four players working from top to bottom. First choice - Player 1 - $3 Second choice - Player 2 - $2 Third choice - Player 3 - $2 Fourth choice - Player 4 - $2 Once the deadline has past I will check the messages and award the winning bids provided that you do not go over your salary cap of $200. PLEASE MEET THIS 10:00 pm DEADLINE. You can select Free Agents early in the week so you don't forget, and then you can always revise your picks if you need to later ... BEFORE THE DEADLINE - 10 pm on Wednesdays. Tie bids will be broken on Thursday. The other way to add a player (new for 2007) is a straight $5 bid for Free Agents from Thursday to Saturday. You can only do this for one player per week. Also these are only players that are NOT selected on Wednesday through the draft ... cut or released players from Wednesday can NOT be picked up until the next week's auction period. *IMPORTANT - NFL players must be a FREE AGENT through a weekend, to be added to any roster. That means if you cut a player on Wednesday, someone else can NOT pick him up until the next blind auction the following Wednesday. |

| Commissioner: Kip Wesner
Draft Day is Sunday, August 17 at 6:00 pm at Kip's House. You must attend the draft. There will not be an internet draft. We have fourteen (14) players and the cost is $ 50.00 per player, payable on or BEFORE draft night NO EXCEPTIONS!. If you wish to mail payment, please e-mail me to inform. SALARY CAP: You will be given 200 fantasy dollars to select your team. The minimum cost for any player (or defensive/special teams) is $2.00. You can decide to only draft a starting line-up or you can be the winning bidder for as many as 20 players if you have enough fantasy dollars. It is your team and your salary cap to do with as you desire. DRAFT: NFL players can NOT be on more than one player's fantasy team roster. With that being said this salary cap draft will be similar to most Fantasy Football drafts only there is a auction for every player selected. Each owner will be assigned a position in the draft (1-14). Your draft order is not significant during the earlier rounds, but will help keep things moving in the later rounds. EXAMPLE: Owner #1 puts the first NFL player on the auctioning block by saying the players name and a dollar amount (P. Manning for $20). Note there is no guarantee that the owner that puts a player up for auction will actually be the high bidder to place that NFL player on his fantasy roster. Any of the 14 owners may bid at any time and the highest bid wins the auction for that NFL player. So if you wish to acquire the player you put on the auction block you may start with a higher bid hoping that will eliminate many of the other owners, bottom line is you have to be the high bidder to select an NFL player. If you are not interested in the NFL player you put on the block you may start with a low bid and then simply make no other bid for that player. Whatever player's name and amount you say to start the auction of a player could put that player on your team if no one else bids. This could be bad if you say ... Tiki Barber $10 and everyone else says OK! Or it can be good in the later rounds when you want to complete your roster, you may be able to get a backup TE or a kicker for close to the minimum bid. AFTER YOU SELECT A PLAYER YOU CAN NOT CUT THEM DURING THE DRAFT (you can release them after the draft, see below). When you are out of money your draft is over. If you pass on making a selection during your time in the draft order, then your draft is also over. So you do not have to spend all of your $200. However, all of the players that you win bids for (maximum 20) MUST be under 200 fantasy dollars combined. MINIMUM BIDS: The only minimum bid is ... there are NO $1 players. Two dollars is the lowest price to get a player. There is not be a minimum bid list like there has been in the past. Each player will select starters each week. You will start (if able to): 1 Quarterbacks 1 Running Back 1 Wide Receiver 2 (Running Backs or Wide Receivers) 1 Tight End 1 Place Kicker 1 Defensive/Special Teams (Chiefs, Eagles, Bears, etc.) SCHEDULE: We have 14 players in this league. That means during a 13 week schedule each team will play the other team once. The website will be yahoo. All players will be in one division. The schedule will be determined by the yahoo website. TOURNAMENT: Weeks 14-16 of the NFL regular season will be our Fantasy Football Tournament. Seven (7) teams will make the play-offs, however, Yahoo will show that six (6) owners have qualify for the tournament. Those six play-off spots will be based on yahoo seeding. The seventh (7th) wild card team will be included in the play-offs and will play the #2 seed (I will have to manually figure this score), The #7 seed will be at a disadvantage. The #2 seed will have a 10.5 point advantage over the #7 wild card team. The #1 seed will get a first round bye! |

| * Before the season FREE AGENTS transactions. There are two transaction periods ...
After draft and before Wednesday, August 27th at 10:00 pm - You can add two players to your roster.
After Thursday, August 28th and before Wednesday, September 3rd at 10 pm (You can add two players)
*After the season begins and through out the play-offs for qualifying teams Every Wednesday BEFORE 10:00 pm blind auction for Free Agents ... you can add two players. First come, First served every Thursdays through Saturday you can add one player at a flat rate of five fantasy dollars. You ALWAYS have to be under 200 fantasy dollars and a minimum of 20 players. *Trades are also free but have to work under the CAP. It sometimes can be difficult to make trades, but I encourage trading although trades late in the season are subject to commissioners approval. Since making trades are not easy and there will be few quality free agents to add after the season start. The DRAFT is very important please do your homework. TRADE DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21st. Injured Reserve: You can place up to two players on IR if your NFL player is listed as OUT on the official NFL injury report. Please note once a player is listed on your team's IR he can not be activated for four (4) weeks (meaning you can not use this player for four Sundays). The money that the injured NFL player is worth is then free to use to sign other players, however after four weeks minimum or when the injured player has statistics you must again be under the CAP. You are allowed to cut any player to free up space, not just the new player (s) that you picked up. The NFL injury report is released on Tuesday, so there will not be any confusion of whether or not a player is listed as OUT for the auction on Wednesday. The injury report is released by the NFL and that is what will be used for this league NOT what yahoo says if there is a difference. An inactive player is not the same thing as a player who is listed as OUT on the NFL official injury report. Note the NFL does not release an injury report for teams leading up to their bye week. NOTE: If a player on your team is suspended by the NFL or is suspended by his NFL team, then that player may be put on IR-suspended list and you will get of the fantasy dollars that you spent for that player. This amount will be rounded down for odd numbered bids. The IR rules from above applies were a player must be on the IR list for a minimum of four (4) weeks. Lastly ... inactivate players are inactive, they are not OUT due to injury nor are they suspended! |

| Amendment...
Owners will be allowed to place NFL players on IR on Wednesday, however if that player is NOT listed as OUT for the upcoming game's (the following week if they are on bye) official NFL injury report. Then you will pay a penalty. The owner loses whatever player (s) you added and you will be fined three ($3) SCFF dollars for three weeks. That is assuming the player is listed as DOUBTFUL or QUESTIONABLE. If the player is listed as PROBABLY or not even on the report then the penalty will be $5 for five weeks. Please be certain that the player you put on IR is OUT for the upcoming week. |
