| Matt is the first player in league history to capture two BTND championships ... thanks to D. Tates 50+ yard Hail-Mary that was caught for a TD. Matt is not Catholic, but his prayer was answered! Dave finished as the BTND runner-up in only his second season. The final was 31-29 in favor of Matt. Everyone played in this season's BOWLS games. And the Bowl season was not much different from the regular season ... the Letter division dominated. They won three of four games including the Championship. The only exception was in the third place game as Kip hammered the Hammer (aka Greg V.) 31-6. How do you like me know? The biggest blow-out of the bowl season came in the seventh place game as Hogan (the defending champion and aka Michigan) ran it up on Steve 60-8. The fifth place game was nearly as competeive and close as the championship game ... Mike edged Andy 27-24. |
