Matt only won two regular season games, but was able to ralley in the tournament (winning three play-off games) and upending the high scoring team of Tyler. In Matt's march to the crown he defeated the defending BTND champion Steve in the first round.
Matt's surprising victory in the championship game was to much for Tyler to handle, the sleepless nights Tyler encountered for weeks forced him out of the league.
