The dragons of the Dominus Mountains
This great mountain range stretches along the western side of Cyrillia, from the northern border of Khadeshk to the top of the continent, where it becomes the Ice Cap Mountains. The Dominus Mountains overlook the Great Plains, and part of the western edge of the Tanesti Hills. The many caves foounded dotted throughout the mountains are home to the Lords of the Skies - the dragons. Claiming the mountains as their own, these mighty beasts rarely venture far from their territory, unless driven out by hunger. The dragons are quite content to roam no further than the fringes of the Great Plains, where their favorite food source, the centaurs, are found. The dragons have an instinctive fear of man, however, they can be partial to a lone, undefendable adventurer who is fool enough to venture into the mountains.
