I've been incommunicado for the past 2 weeks as a result of chicken pox.  Darn what wonderful timing!! T_T, I missed 2 exam papers because of the darn chicken pox and would probably have to redo the module even while I'm teaching out there.  Sigh, why why why!!?????  Why did I have to get the darn thing now of all times.  Worse, I was admitted to the hospital because I couldn't eat, then put on the drip for 2 whole DAYS!  OUCH!!!!  Lemme tell you it HURTS and it isn't worth the pain to get admitted.  I pray and hope that I will never have to be admitted again.  I'd rather die of old age and without complications, thank you very much.  I still have a lump over the area where they stuck the drip needle in....T_T

Worse than all that, I have to have a restricted diet, no touching chicken, eggs, soy sauce, any type of 'beans', fried foods, tofu, blah blah blah...I've been dieting on bread and cheese the whole time but thank god for a mother who knows how to cook.  She's made my meals pretty appetizing otherwise I'd be anorexic before this is all over.
