Goat

What kind of kid has a stomach with four separate compartments, wags his tail when he's happy and will grow a beard when he gets older? If you said a baby goat, you're right!

First domesticated more than 5,000 years ago, the intelligent, affectionate, independent goat is the most common animal found on farms throughout the world. Goats provide humans with milk, cheese and wool. Did you know that cashmere and mohair come from these hoofed mammals?

Some goats live on farms to keep horses company, while others are kind of like garbage disposals, munching on weeds, twigs and leaves that other animals can't digest. Guess that's another way of getting your landscaping done!
